This place was wonderful! From the location to the service, the room, and the overall value, I had a great experience. The concierge spoke both Spanish and English and was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, like extra towels, they took care of us right away.
The location was also a huge plus. There was plenty of nightlife nearby, which made it easy to go out and enjoy the area without having to travel far. The breakfast was amazing as well—definitely one of the highlights of the stay!
Overall, I really have no complaints. The hospitality, cleanliness, location, food, and value were all excellent. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the Dominican Republic.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was up to par and exceeded my expectations. From the service to the facilities and overall experience, I was extremely pleased. I will definitely be back again!

Cons:

Adottano un cambio non ufficiale e sfavorevole al momento del pagamento della camera rispetto al prezzo stabilito in valuta estera al momento della prenotazione. La colazione era minimale e del tutto insoddisfacente. La camera aveva finestra non apribile.

Negligent staff, poor food, lots of noise, but good location

The first morning of my stay I reported an issue with the quality and service of breakfast, which I paid for additionally to my reservation. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay given I was not going to eat there due to the unacceptable condition of the food and the staff's refusal to serve an alternative. It has been four days since my first report, I have since reported the issue at least a dozen times via email, instant message and especially verbally at reception. Although the staff has been polite, they have not taken any action and after four days I have not gotten any straight answer or resolution. Emails and messages have been left unanswered. No apology, no recognition, nothing. One of the worst experiences in costumer service I have experienced in my life. Besides this, the keycard does not work 50% of the time, the winecooler in the room doesn't work, and the noise at night doesn't let you sleep. The only good thing to say is that the location is very central.
