Preis Leistung top, wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Super reichhaltiges Frühstück, tolle Auswahl und wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Sobald etwas leer war wurde es direkt wieder befüllt.

Cons:

Die Betten und Kissen sind leider sehr unbequem.

Prima overnachtingsplek!
Pros:

Heel fijn en net hotel. Ruime 3p kamer met 2p bed en een slaapbank. Zwembad met kleine sauna, voor de kinderen ook heel leuk. Riant schone handdoeken. Makkelijk te bereiken vanaf snelweg. Tankstation en Lidl 'om de hoek'. Vlakbij leuk centrum.

Cons:

Betaald parkeren, wel een in- en uitrijkaart tijdens verblijf. Onder 1 bed vonden we nog wat van vorige bezoeker terwijl verder de indruk was dat het prima schoon was!

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und der Pool hat den Kindern sehr gut gefallen.
Die Baustelle auf dem Weg zum Hotel könnte man als Manko sehen, aber mit dem Ampelsystem sehr gut gelöst.

Cons:

Die Handeife war nicht ausgefüllt, wurde aber sofort auf Anfrage erledigt. Das Zimmer war nicht aufgeräumt. Vielleicht lag es an den nur zwei Nächten Übernachtung

I would like to raise a few concerns regarding my booking.
In the beginning, I tried booking 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 children.

My friends booked four rooms of the same size for approximately 789 DKK per room. However, my room cost more than 1,100 DKK, even though it is the same size. At first, I was offered the same price as my friends, but after they completed their bookings, I could no longer book the room at that price.(In the beginning, I tried booking 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 children.)
Could you please explain why I had to pay significantly more for the same type of room?

In addition, my room is occupied by two adults and two young children, but we were only provided with two towels, which is not enough for all of us.

Furthermore, the room was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were spider webs in several areas of the room.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate these issues, explain the price difference, and provide an appropriate solution.
