My Experience/Review @ the AC MARRIOTT
Pros:

Rooms were very nice, clean, spacious. Staff were very nice amd accommodating. The location and space catered to various ambiance. The rooftop-pool-bar, and restaurant was a good vibe. The location was safe and walking distance to many things nearby.

Cons:

Although there wasn't a beachfront, the beach was walking distance and not far

Pros:

Room, facilities, parking, food, drinks, pool, the whole AC holtel is awesome, we'll taken cared of and clean, the personnel is well prepared yo help you during your stay and make you feel very welcome, there are several restaurants around with something for everyone, the place is in a good location specially if you like spending sone time at the surrounding clubs, but the hotel has a bit of everything incase you just want to relax

Cons:

The price was high for us but that is most likely because we booked in a very short notice (on the same day)

I'm not coming back.
Pros:

Close to everything and a very quiet place.

Cons:

The beach is far away, so for the price, it’s just not worth it. Furthermore, when I called from the beach to inquire about towels and access, the young woman at the front desk—on May 17, 2026—was extremely rude; she simply said, "I'll find out what's going on right now," hung up on me, and I never received a callback explaining the situation. Then, upon checking out on May 18, 2026, he proved completely unfit for customer service; she wore such an angry expression that it was actually frightening.

Amazing week in San Juan with a great location for our stay we look forward to coming back next April
Pros:

The property was in an amazing location I loved the chairs and umbrellas at the beach and it had so many good stores and restaurants in walking distance anything not in walking distance was an 8 dollar uber away

Cons:

We would have liked more storage for our clothes there were no drawers in the rooms
