Stay away from this place, you deserve better!
Pros:

Very nice breakfast buffet selection for the price and you would get a portion of that $ back for your daily room credit.

Cons:

on 8-17-26, I went to the poolside bar / restaurant and I attempted to order a childs size burger and was advised that I was unable to order it since I didn't have any children with me per the female server. I did take my complaint to the restaurant supervisor and as he stood firm to not accomodate me and I then requested to speak to the manager. I did speak to her (Joanne) and was allowed to order the burger and she paid for the coke soda, also at check out time of the hotel I received an unwarranted charges. From when I arrived to this hotel on 8-15-26 there has been nothing but inconsistences with the deposit, directions to pool party (which is several blocks away) to being discriminated when I went to order food to unwarranted charges at checkout.

Pros:

El personal es agradable y amable. Les pedí el favor de hacer el check in más temprano y me ayudaron sin ningún cobro adicional. Eso es valioso, que logren empatizar con el cliente. El desayuno es bueno, pero no algo extraordinario. Podrían variar un poco los alimentos de cada día.

La habitación es limpia y el personal de limpieza deja todo impecable todos los días. La habitación no es la más lujosa, es normal, no tiene nada muy especial.

Cons:

La relación calidad - precio no es la mejor. Creo que por precios más bajos, podía conseguirse algo similar. Las instalaciones no son excepcionales, la única amenidad que tienen es piscina, que tampoco es la mejor que uno pueda encontrar.

Cons:

We received unrecognized charges for a $1,050 smoking penalty for no reason. No smoking took place in the room, the documentation was altered, without a validation process and they offered no solution. It was blatant theft.
We dont reccomend this hotel!
The first day we had a badly welcome, even the property had taken the money they didn’t find the reservation
Nobody explained anything about the facilities , wi-fi access or different things you need to know
At the breakfast time next morning , the attention was awful, zero empathy, actually we decided to have breakfast in other places nearby .

I would stay at the hotel again!
Pros:

Loved all the amenities. The hotel was clean. Rooms were clean and large. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location great too. Walked to the beach. There was parking on the premises. I booked on another site and was able to get breakfast and parking included. I could go in and out the lot as much as we needed to. Which was great since we drove to the rain forest and snorkeling . I could not be more impressed.

Cons:

I was facing the Burger King. I wouldn’t have gotten the same room if I had known.

Very fun sometimes weird vibes
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the hotel is in a great area.

Cons:

Cleaning services were offered around 3-4 instead of early morning or afternoon. We were also given a hard time about getting breakfast although the reservation stated breakfast was included.

Very relaxing, close to everything and welcoming staff.
Pros:

I liked how close we were to everything and plenty of restaurants around. I loved how the front desk text you throughout your state to check to see if you need anything. It felt very personal.

Cons:

The rooftop bar did not display accurate times of when it opened and closed.
