There was no place to park near our room. All of the available parking spaces near our room were for electric vehicles.
Smoke smell in the room, infiltrated in furniture and carpet, open door not helping to vent the air.

L’emplacement, la piscine chauffée❤️ et elle etait propre.
La grandeur de la chambre. Le dejeuner inclus, mais il y avait pas beaucoup de choix chaud jai trouvé
La propreté de la salle de bain laissait a désirer. Il y avait des poils/cheveux partout en arrière de la toilette et en dessous du comptoir, et de la poussière sur la tablette a serviettes…
Et quand on faisait couler le robinet du bain y avait des mottons de cheveux qui tombaient c’était dégueulasse. Le debit de la douche était vraiment faible. Le jacuzzi était mal lavé, heureusement que j’avais trainé du produit a salle de bain parce que je m’en doutais.
Le lit était confo, mais pas les draps. Trop minces et il remontaient meme pas jusqu’au menton y a fallu tirer pour se rendre compte qu’ils étaient meme pas assez grand pour le lit. Le couvre lit était trop rugueux et si je l’enlevais j’avais froid parce que les draps étaient vraiment minces.
On était pas capable d’éteindre l’air climatisé dans le salon

Ça sent l’humidité et le moisi, ils sont dus pour avoir une rénovation des chambres. Pour le déjeuner, c’est ouvert jusqu’à 10:30 et à 10:10 il n’y a plus de bacon saucisse et ne veulent pas en faire!
The location of the hotel. We loved the restaurant attached to it.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The two room suite was very nice. I get up before my husband so having a second room allows me to get up, have coffee, etc without disturbing him. The breakfast selection was typical but it's included with your stay and very helpful to be able to grab something before heading out for your day. It's right in downtown Plattsburgh so close to everything. 20 minutes from Ausable Chasm which was the reason for our stay. This was our first time at a Best Western Plus and will definitely consider this brand again based on this specific hotel. The value was good considering our room type and it being a weekend. We did have a problem during our stay and the front desk staff was extremely helpful resolving it very quickly.
