Good location to visit famous attractions by walking. Great views from floor 49 rotating breakfast restaurant. Good clean comfortable quiet room on non smoking floor. Very helpful staff at reception and on the floor service

Somewhat dated property. No longer a luxury hotel.

Great hotel. Very clean and room was well presented and spacious. The shower and bathroom facilities were really good with great water pressure. The revolving restaurant on the 49th floor was a fantastic view for breakfast every morning. Amy was very helpful with insights into the local areas and suggestions on shopping and dining locations

We often stay at this hotel when visiting family. It has been a dependable respite in an ideal location. Close to Black Tiger Springs, Damming Lake, and Thousand Buddha Mountain.

The hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The room was beautiful and included breakfast buffet was wonderful. We are Americans and they made us feel very much at home. This entire experience was a perfect introduction to Jinan.

Bad Smoking smell in room, even though I asked for a non smoking room

one of the beat locations in jinan. great facilities both in the whole hotel and rooms. great staff. but, smoking smell ans moldy smell in the room i stayed. i am sensitive to bad smells. so i give 4 stars

This hotel has exceptional high level services. Best location, everything is nearby and walkable.they have best view to all the interest place. They have a silver sky restaurant at 49 floors, rotated restaurant to see all the view!

The hotel itself is clean and spacious. However, the room got so hot as the AC doesn’t go lower than 22C, so sleeping was difficult even with the fan they provided to help. Over all great location. The bar is no good but the top floor buffet restaurant was decent.

The room is large enough by a Chinese standard, well equipped but rather dark. The breakfast is good but one downside is the noodle isn't good. The Italian restaurant is very good by an international standard and decorated in a pretty posh fashion. Worth giving a go.

Very convenient location. Hotel was old… facilities old. Room was. Wry smell for two beds. Very small beds too.

Excellent hotel, close to the highlights of Jinan. Very friendly and helpfull staff in the business lounge. Hannah Wang will assisted us for all our questions.
Breakfast is mixed asian-western on the panoramic highest floor. The gymm is well equiped.

I lived at Sofitel Jinan for 4 months. During this time I've met special people who helped me a lot. In the Club, special thanks to Sarah, Cindy, Mia and Alex, for being so supportive and caring ❤! To Amy, the frontdesk Manager, for everything she has done to make me feel comfortable, many thanks too!! The staff is generally very kind, efficient and helpful.
Finally, I'd like to thank and congrat Mr. Uwe Guemmer, General Manager, for the great work he is doing in the Hotel.

I had a lovely stay at Sofitel in Jinan, so lovely that I wish I had stayed longer. In particular Mai, Mia and Alex in the Executive Lounge made it a wonderful stay.

The room was comfy, stylish and with a great view of Jinan. The circular shape of the building gave me a great view from the room on the 41st floor. The breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the 49th floor is also not to be missed, they have a solid selection of both Asian and Western food. Next time, I will go for the afternoon tea up there.

Members of staff at the reception, in the restaurant and in the lounge were both very attentive, helpful and spoke English very well.

Plus for attention to detail - for example when it comes to decorations in the rooms and solid fabric napkins in the breakfast restaurant.

I did not try the pool, but it looked very nice.

What I missed: Cheese for breakfast - and a yoga mat at the gym. The carpet in the gym should probably also be retired soon.

El personal es muy amable, hablan un poco de ingles, esta muy bien ubicado, el autobus del aeropuerto esta a una calle asi que es muy facil llegar,te dan tips y guia para quete puedas mover y revomiendan lugares, ademas su restaurant giratorio esta padrisimo, y las habitaciones son amplias y comodas.
