It was unfortunate and the worst in my life.
Pros:

The receptionist was not available all the time. Some of them were rude some were excellent

Cons:

The beds are not comfy. If you are travelling with your partner you cant sleep together. The shower water clogs very easily and you have to wait untile it goes out. The breakfast was same everyday. No variation. The cucumber and some other staffs are served from previous day which are very unfortunate. They dont have tea coffee service at your room and in addition you cant even take some warm water and tea after breakfast hour. Disaster.

Pros:

The room was clean and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and the room was quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällinen <3

Cons:

There was a huge dead insect in the drapes, we made friends in the end but still... The walls are too thin, I could hear every movement on the corridor and some form te other rooms. I was OK with that but for example I wanted to just watch some television/listening to music while finishing my email after 10 but let it go as I didn't want to disturb anyone.
