Old information n parking charges on the guest services channel on tv. It said £10 parking charges per 34 hours this was £16

A special place, grand exterior and staircase and comfortable spacious rooms. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was lovely and we had everything we needed. The lift to the car park was very useful. The Hotel is right in the heart of Chester and makes it so perfect for any destination of the city.
Room a little tired but not so much it distracted from the specialness of the hotel
A lovely big room, delicious food, breakfast and dinner. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even though there had been a death amongst the staff during our stay, they were professional.
The wine could have been cooler, but apart from that everything was great.

Being charged extra for a hot breakfast. We know before we went that we would be charged extra but do feel with the cost of the room that a full hot breakfast should be included.
