The location is amazing, straight from carpark level 2 into hotel get the lift to ground floor reception and you are in the mists of everything.
A very nice hotel. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Check in very easy. Great position in chester. Would definitely stay again. Good breakfast too.

No view from room looked onto a roof top and air conditioning units
Great central position. Staff were excellent and attentive but not overdoing it! Breakfast at a table by the window - great for people watching with view of the famous clock tower. We were upgraded to a small suite, which was comfortable.
Although lovely to be upgraded, the room was a little tired - needed refurbishing.
