Pros:

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und super gut ausgestattet mit einer Küchenzeile. Das Bett ist sehr groß und super bequem. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist die größte Enttäuschung des Aufenthalts. Sehr mageres Buffet, von schlechter Qualität für einen eher hohen Preis. Der Cappuccino oder Espresso kostet extra. Nicht normal, wenn das Paket 25 Dollar kostet.

Fijn hotel dichtbij de metro met vriendelijk personeel, bijna geen warm water
Pros:

Moderne ogende en ruime kamer, maar iets meer oog voor detail mag wel. Niet alles zag er als nieuw uit, maar over het algemeen tevreden.
We hadden een hoekkamer zonder kitchenette, hoewel we eigenlijk een kamer met kitchenette hadden geboekt. Was voor ons geen probleem, plus het mooie uitzicht en de ruime kamer waren een goede 'ruil'. De airco hield de kamer goed koel ondanks de hitte buiten.

Cons:

De douche werd bij ons bijna nooit warm. Soms duurde het even en was je al halverwege de douchebeurt met lauw water. Soms werd het helemáál niet warmer. Ook uit de kraan nauwelijks warm wateer Hier heb ik de receptie van op de hoogte gesteld, waarop ze er naar zouden laten kijken. Ik weet niet of dat is gebeurt, hoe dan ook bleef onze douche kuren houden.
Het is in de gangen wel erg warm en de airco is een béétje luid. Maar we hebben eigenlijk in ieder hotel wel te maken gehad met een luide airco.
Zoals aangegeven voelt de kamer modern aan, maar hier en daar zie je wel schade oid aan de muren of loszittende schroeven.

Plenty of room to spread out, rooms were well-isolated from each other
Pros:

Location was pretty good once we got acquainted with the area better. It's a 15-min walk from hotel to Mount Royal Park to hike up to the summit. It's also steps away from Shaughnessy Village. There was a Metro stop nearby. Water filling station and 2 toilettes on the first floor. They hold your luggage for you if your room is no longer available. Kitchenette was great in its own alcove.

Cons:

Bed was a bit softer than we'd like, we prefer medium-firm and it felt like we both sunk into it. Microwave basically was on the ground in a lower cabinet.

Comfortable but services need improvement
Pros:

Room is clean and specious

Cons:

Services were not up to standard. First night there was no hot water and TV was not working. How water was fixed the next day but the TV did not work for the whole 4 days. Housekeeping was not efficient. Shampoo bottle was empty for two days, left one towel instead of two.

Nice boutique hotel in a convenient downtown location
Pros:

Location was great, rooms were quiet and well appointed: large bathroom, nespresso maker, kettle upon request, fridge, comfy bed, water bottles, etc. Lunch at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

It took a very long time for my shower to get hot each day (10 minutes, no exaggeration). The last day the shower never got past tepid even after 15 minutes and I had to get going to the airport so I had no shower. I wasn’t happy and the staff didn’t even offer to give me a credit. I asked and they said the manager would be in touch and I’ve heard crickets. It was an expensive room -I expect everything to work!

Location good

Cons:

We got very cold showers with very little hot water. We did not find the room as clean as we expected it to be. The shower situation is a definite issue. no complementary coffee downstairs in the morning as well which I've never seen out of the hotel. I was not loving it and we paid a lot of money for.

Overall an unsettling experience - I could not recommend this hotel unless - you have no luggage.

Location is excellent for exploring the city.

Cons:

We left a sign on the door to say not to service the room. When we came back later in the day, around mid evening - not only had the room been serviced - but the was door left unlocked. Not only had it been left unlocked - it was held wide open by the physical security catch and all of out stuff was just sitting around waiting to picked off - by anyone who wanted. We reported this to the front desk and although they were friendly and apologised - they didn't seem overly concerned and took no apparent action to investigate. Also the breakfast was very limited - effectively $20 - Canadian - for an egg muffin (no bacon)
