Complimentary shuttle service departs at 5:20 a.m., then every hour on the :20 through 11:20 a.m. After 11:20 a.m., the shuttle operates on‑demand until 1:00 a.m. Please visit the front desk to schedule your shuttle once you are checked in.

The rooms were fine. Beds were comfortable. AC worked. They were clean.
The staff was not helpful. There were several late check-ins, and she was put out. Additionally, the elevator did not work. We stood in the parking lot under a streetlight repacking to avoid carrying larger luggage up the stairs. The key did not open the door near where we parked, so we dragged our luggage around to the end where the door worked. This was exacerbated by the late check-in and early departure. We probably lost an hour of sleep with all the issues. No discount was offered.
Bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure

Pros:
The hotel is in a convenient, accessible location.
The rooms were clean upon arrival.
Cons:
Poor Check-in Experience: The elevator was out of service when we arrived, and the staff was unable to assign us a room on a lower floor. We had to carry all of our checked luggage up to the third floor ourselves.
Lack of Room Preparation: basic amenities were missing. There were no blankets in the room, and all the soap/shower gel dispensers in the washroom were completely empty.
Slow Service: Missing items were only provided after we called to request them—basic checks like refilling toiletries and supplying bedding should be done prior to guest arrival, not after.

The pillows were awful , hard and unforgiving. They need to be upgraded.

Room was just ok, not as nice as the pics.
Room was good but had one pillow that smelled like dirty socks. Bathroom sink did not drain very well.
It was a no-frills room with an average bed and tiny little pillows. On a brighter note, the water pressure in the shower was good.
The free shuttle service was running 20 minutes late. We were told it would pick us up at 6:20am and have us to the airport at 5:30. We very nearly missed our plane as we weren’t dropped until 6:00. Catch an Uber!!!!
