A bit pricey for what it is
Pros:

Easy access to SLC airport, very friendly staff, ease of Checkin.

Cons:

Room was 80 degrees when entering. Had trouble cooling it sufficiently for sleep.

Rooms are sufficient but nothing great. Wish that there was an extra mirror outside the bathroom.

Booked for 4 people, but only 3 towels were in the room. We arrived late and had to be up at 4 am, so we didn’t want to track down another towel. One of us used the face washcloth to dry after the shower. Please ensure that there are sufficient numbers of towels in the rooms.

Pros:

Très bien situé (4km de l’aéroport) mais sans nuisance sonore (avion et autoroute)
Petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

Nous avons du donner une autre carte bancaire que celle enregistrée (politique de l’hôtel) mais pour le même prix je j’avais pas de carte visa.

I may reconsider staying here. Much better experience with past stays

Lady at check-in was pleasant

Cons:

Although I had pre-checked in, I still had to go through it again since the person with access to that info had left for the day.
The TV remote didn't work, even with a new set of batteries
The bed was extremely uncomfortable for both my wife and me
I had a recent experience via phone call due to a mistaken booking and was not treated with any leeway. Had to pay for a room I never used! The fellow with an Indian accent was not at all helpful in this regard. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Horrible customer service.

Trying shuttle service
Pros:

This property is close to the airport with a courtesy shuttle. It is a very basic 2-star hotel. It was very clean but worn.

Cons:

The shuttle service is very disorganized. The shuttle picks up people from three different locations. Each location books, and they overbook the seats on the van. The van doesn't have any kind of a step. It is about 11 inches stepping straight up. It was really hard to get in the van with my older knees and a backpack on. On pickup the van driver communicates through a walkie-talkie like thing and it is impossible to hear what they are saying. I would give the shuttle service a 2. I will do Lyft next time and not stay here.
