Huge let down
Pros:

Stayed here before in a premier room. The room offered on this visit was dire, two small windows one blocked by fire escape the other close to drab tall buildings. We asked to change rooms this seemed to give the staff a problem they were not too happy. Eventually they provided us with another after saying no other room was available. The room seemed not to have been used for sometime the floor being dirty!
We were not informed that Ferretti hotels had taken this over. Staff fine, breakfast good. Lady running bar and working in dinning room brilliant.
Would say after our experience on the whole was down quite a bit from last visit in 2023. This in our view is now a 3 star not 4 star hotel.

Pros:

Good location, 10 min walk from the AirPort Express bus and 12 min to Arena.
Room is good size. Very clean throughout. Bathroom / shower were probably renovated recently, in good condition.
A bottle of water brought to the room daily.

Cons:

Air condition worked but is centrally regulated, it was quite warm in the room (to be fair it was +42C outside).
Although bathroom is renovated, the hairdryer is old and literally falling apart in your hand.
Same with the mini fridge - it was old and hardly working.
Lights/ shutters operated through remote control only, which is old and not always working.

Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Wenn die Bar geschlossen ist bekommt man nichts mehr zum trinken

Velfungerende hotel med god central beliggenhed
Pros:

God standard og god beliggenhed. Rummeligt værelse (standard dobbeltværelse) med skabe og fralægningsplads. Kompetent personale, både rengøring, køkken og reception.

Cons:

Støjende aircondition. Smart-TV funktioner fungerede ikke. Ingen internationale tv-kanaler

Pros:

Veraltet, ungepflegt.
Haustechnik nicht auf dem Stand der Technik, besonders schlecht die Klimatisierung. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Das Haus kann nicht empfohlen werden.

Apartamento bem localizado no centro de Verona
Pros:

Localização ótima, 10 minutos andando do centro histórico de Verona e 10 minutos andando da estação de trem.
Apartamento localizado a 10 metros da entrada principal do hotel. Bem localizado o suficiente para ser perto de tudo mas não ficar no centro onde o movimento e o barulho são grandes.

Cons:

Box do banheiro estava entupido com cabelos quando chegamos, mesmo fazendo uma limpeza rápida o ralo do box ainda entupia durante o banho, gerando risco de vazar a água do box durante o banho.
Limpeza geral do quarto um pouco abaixo do esperado pra padrões brasileiros, encontramos insetos no banheiro e no carpete do quarto.

Prima hotel vlakbij station.
Pros:

Vlakbij treinstation, kwam laat in de avond voor 1 nacht , om volgende ochtend weer met trein naar eibdbestemming te reizen.
Schone kamer met goede airco.

Cons:

Weinig. Beetje jammer dat bar vroeg dicht gast.
