Excelente calidad y buen precio
Pros:

Muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la estación de tren y bastante cerca del centro de la ciudad, por lo que se puede ir caminando sin problemas. Además, hay restaurantes, kioscos y varios lugares útiles muy cerca del hotel.

El desayuno fue muy bueno y completo. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, al igual que el baño, que también tiene muy buen tamaño. Nosotros éramos tres personas y la habitación tenía tres camas separadas, algo muy cómodo y práctico.

En general, una estadía muy agradable y un hotel muy recomendable.

Cons:

La única parte que no nos gustó fue la atención del primer día. Cuando llegamos no nos dieron mucha importancia y nos hicieron dejar las valijas en la sala de equipaje sin demasiada explicación ni trato amable.

Más tarde, cuando volvimos después de caminar todo el día y estábamos muy cansados, había mucha gente en la recepción y no nos atendieron rápido, a pesar de que nosotros ya habíamos hecho el check-in por la mañana y solamente tenían que entregarnos la habitación. Empezaron a atender a un grupo grande de aproximadamente 15 personas que acababa de llegar y sentimos que no tuvieron mucha consideración con nuestra situación.

Recién cuando pedimos hablar con el encargado o manager nos atendieron enseguida, y el proceso tardó apenas dos minutos. Creemos que en ese momento podrían haber priorizado a quienes ya tenían todo realizado y estaban esperando solamente recibir la llave de la habitación.

Pros:

The location was exceptional, staff very accommodating, and the technology/electronics that controled the room was more than I was expecting. My husband had fun playing with all the gadgets. Best of all the bed was comfortable and room was spacious for a hotel.

Perfect for a mix of business and tourist travel
Pros:

Room was comfortable. It is on a relatively quiet street but some nice bars and cafes nearby. Easily walkable into the busier more touristy area. I was attedning an event in the Chamber of Commerce of Verona and it is the perfect location for this.

Good location half way between the station and the old city

Cons:

Issues with bathroom - shower door not working, shower head broken. Staff were very happy to assist and organised for it to be fixed during the next day but it was still not working properly. Appreciate is an older place but it needs attention just to make it acceptable.

Spettacolo. Ho scelto questo Hotel x tutto .poi mi hanno anche dato la camera premiun. Super spettacolo sempre con lo stesso prezzo. DA CONSIGLIARE A TUTTI VISTO CHE SI TROVA A 500MT DA ARENA E POI HANNO UN PARCHEGGIO LOROA A PAGAMENTO COPERTO. GRAZIE A TUTTO LO STAFF HOTEL
