The instruction off parking was not clear. And goed not get the car out. The manager is terabel !!!!!they did not send m

Was not clean old charges no USB ports room not clean smell like smoke. Shower water run on floor.

Short three day stay to see a performance at the arena

Very close to the arena and beautiful restaurants and shops

Cons:

All good but I would say that if you suffer from back problems like we do, then bed and pillows are rock hard.

Fine but would probably not book again unless significantly upgraded

Good bed and fine size room

Cons:

The room was definitively one of the older ones and not like many of the photos. So if you are booking I would make sure to write that you prefer the modernizes rooms if those, like me, are the ones you expect to receive. The rooms were not very sound proof and you could hear every itching from the halls and bathrooms. In addition, the noise from the road was quite loud.

Ужасно шумно, если окна смотрят на улицу. При заселении оказалось, что в номере
НЕТ электричества, персонал не смог устранить проблему. Предоставили замену ( правда не сразу) - номер в соседнем здании, более простой и менее уютный по обстановке и отделке, явно ниже уровня четырех звезд. В номере были проблемы со стоком воды в раковине, освещение работало не везде. Какие- то проблемы у отеля с поддержанием оборудования номеров в рабочем состоянии и сервисом. Завтрак очень скудный.

Bei Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüßt. Beim Frühstück war alles und darüber hinaus vorhanden, was der Mensch so braucht.
Nur ein paar Meter weit sind Lokale um etwas essen zu gehen. ÖPNV Anbindung ist auch gut.
Das Zimmer war von der Einrichtung her nicht ganz modern aber gemütlich.
Im Hotel wurde man stets freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt.

Pros:

The hotel Ferretti was lovely. It is very convenient for the main piazza bra but far enough away so that the crowds don't reach you. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is a mixture of continental and English if was really good. We would certainly stay here again the next time we go to the opera in Verona.
