Enjoyed it, just what we wanted.
Pros:

The room was fine, spacious enough for two people, nice 'occasional' furniture and good bathroom. One minor comment is that in these days of multiple electronic equipment, an extra plug point for charging purposes etc. would not go a miss.

Breakfast selections were excellent, plenty of choice, albeit a tad on the expensive side.

For those wanting to explore the old town of Verona, the location was great. Not actually right in the centre so vehicular access was good but also provided a welcome respite from the 'crowds' in town. However only 900metres from Piazza Bra and the Arena meant getting into and out of the centre was easy on foot.

The ability to have reserved private parking within 100m of the hotel was a real bonus, even though one had to pay for it.

The staff were excellent. Friendly, welcoming, courteous and always helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really to speak off. The only very slight criticism was that the waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived but was soon remedied.

Recreational areas within the hotel were not extensive but probably adequate for the type of hotel where most residents would most likely be out and about the majority of the day anyway.

The staff was great the lady downstairs in the breakfast area with very short hair deserves a shout out. She was great.
Pros:

We were traveling by train and it was very convenient to the train station. We were going to be there five nights but ended up extending one more night because there was so much to see and do nearby.

Cons:

The first night we were in a room that had a defective shower that leaked all over the floor. The other thing we didn’t like was that there was no television in English however, we were so busy that didn’t seem to matter at a certain point.

I loved it, I am happy I chise this location and I felt the price was great for what we received.
Pros:

It was clean and close to the train and town. The rooms were clean and updated. And the AC worked well. The staff was amazing, kind, and beautiful. They also have the good coffee.

Cons:

The beds were a little hard but that seems to be very common with hotels and homes in Italy.

Comfortable hotel , super location.
Pros:
