Beschreibung des Hotelzimmers auf booking stimmt nicht mit der des Hotels überein

Gute Ausstattung und gute Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 2 Personen gebucht mit großem Bett Schlafcouch. Wir haben sogar extra einen Aufpreis für die Schlafcouch bezahlt. Als wir ankamen hieß es, es sei nur für 1 Person reserviert und durch das Upgrade hätten wir jetzt ein Zimmer ohne Schlafcouch und ohne Klimaanlage. Scheinbar stimmt die Beschreibung des Hotels nicht mit der auf booking zusammen und sollte dringend angeglichen werden. Am Ende kam man uns entgegen, aber es hat eine Weile gedauert und hätte bei größerer Zimmerauslastung wohl auch schiefgehen können. Den Aufpreis mussten wir natürlich trotzdem bezahlen, da das Hotel nicht den booking Preis erstatten könne.

Hat das Hotel Team ein kostenloses Upgrade gegeben,
Weil in unserem zimmer Kategorie keine Klimaanlage inbegriffenist .
Und am diesem Tag über 30 Grad gemeldet waren .

Wir sind gerne in diesem Hotel, denn wir fühlen uns dort wohl.Die Angestellten sind immer freundlich, kompetent.
Pros:

Das die Zimmern jetzt eine Klimaanlage haben. Und alle Zimmer einen kl. Kühlschrank (Minibar) besitzen.

Das die Betten nur eine Breite von 160 cm, Länge 200 cm haben .
