La qualité Mercure, le confort, l'espace, la qualité de l'accueil étaient au rendez vous.

Cons:

Que les draps ne soient pas changés après la 1ère nuit, ok... Mais que personne ne passe dans la chambre et que je doive moi même rapporter mes verres et faire un refill de café n'est pas au standard de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un Mercure. La baignoire n'avait pas de bouchon, et malgré une recherche le problème n'a pas pu être solutionné. Il y avait de la poussière et des cheveux sur les rebords des fenetres.

Pros:

Der Service war die reinste Katastrophe und die Zimmer die behindertengerecht angefragt und bestätigt wurden waren es nicht.

Ein zweites Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten, war so warm das es nicht auszuhalten war und haben dann ein Zimmer mit 1 Bett aber mit nur einer Decke für 4 Personen bekommen. Unterste Schublade

Cons:

Nachts hat es über meinem Zimmer gebrummt. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, das abzustellen, war aber nicht immer erfolgreich.

Ein sehr föhlicher und freundlicher Empfang und ein ausgezeichnetes, schönes Zimmer,
Pros:

Das Zimmer war hervorragend. Schöne, bequeme Ausstattung. Bett sehr bequem. Habe hervorragend geschlafen.

Cons:

Es hat mir alles gefallen. Schade, dass die Fenster nicht bis zum Boden gehen. Mehr Ausblick hätte ich sehr genossen.

Beschreibung des Hotelzimmers auf booking stimmt nicht mit der des Hotels überein

Gute Ausstattung und gute Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 2 Personen gebucht mit großem Bett Schlafcouch. Wir haben sogar extra einen Aufpreis für die Schlafcouch bezahlt. Als wir ankamen hieß es, es sei nur für 1 Person reserviert und durch das Upgrade hätten wir jetzt ein Zimmer ohne Schlafcouch und ohne Klimaanlage. Scheinbar stimmt die Beschreibung des Hotels nicht mit der auf booking zusammen und sollte dringend angeglichen werden. Am Ende kam man uns entgegen, aber es hat eine Weile gedauert und hätte bei größerer Zimmerauslastung wohl auch schiefgehen können. Den Aufpreis mussten wir natürlich trotzdem bezahlen, da das Hotel nicht den booking Preis erstatten könne.
