It was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

The size of the room was great. It has a desk with 2 chairs & another lounge chair. This was comfortable for 2 people. It has plenty of space for luggage & bags too.

Cons:

The breakfast was the same every single day.

Disappointed we weren't able to order drinks today. Ordered 2, then told we couldn't order more.
Pros:

Breakfast was good - room service.

Cons:

Unable to provide knife/board for us to make up food in the room. Only one power point in bathroom.
Only one option for lighting in bathroom. Needed different lighting or dimmer - bad for makeup application.

Bit of history every corner
Pros:

Dated every corner, feels more like a 3*. As the rooms are old, the upside is they are on the bigger size compared to most in the city. That aside, the cleanliness, decor and vibe are just sad. This is not the first observation/ post about finding clumps of dust in the bathroom vent, as a branded hotel like Marriot, really expect this should be addressed ASAP.

Superb service every time, staff are so lovely and accommodating. Definitely staying again.
Pros:

The staff are always so attentive and lovely. We love the drinks on arrival in the lobby while you wait to check in.

Cons:

When we got to our room our view out of our window as just roof tops. However, I called down to ask if we could’ve relocated to a room with a view and they sorted it instantly. We just waited in our room, they brought the new key to us and our bags were already in our new room!
