the only good part of the trip was the concert at Mann pavillion

In the Advertisement it said free breakfast then when we got there there was a charge for the breakfast sibi I skipped it at titK cost if almost $300dollars a night.thet should if R least provided a decent breakfast after all the bs

No pool room was dirtyChips sfound on the floor and for no smoking there were 3burrn holes in rug .there was no paper work as far as where was pool and workout room etc no menu for restSurantwhen taxi was called we waited almost 2hours for taxi then they never showed up so called another handicapped taxi service they cañe within 15mins . In the way home we had the same provlem called for taxi but driver didn't want to put a w/cin his car it took over B hour at the end of the nughtti realize nobody was coming . The place wA closed , all workers left Already And there we sat with no dude again we called for another service and the driver was there within 10 minutes but before that argued with the other cab company on why driver wouldn't come to get us n yah , being stuck in the middle of philly at 1230am was real fun no rides ruined the whole trip thought the Hilton was beautiful except they seem to cut corners and brG About their good service without all the amenities it was a lousy stay And trio

We enjoyed our time, we were expecting a buffet breakfast not off menu, we would choose a different location with bigger

Cons:

It wasn’t what we expected. Travelling with two teenagers we found the double beds to be too small, no microwave in the room, it wasn’t terrible, just not what we expected

Disappointing hotel.
Pros:

Gym was good 👍

Cons:

Only 1 elevator out of 2 was in function, however it didn’t work on 2 days. Cleaning of room only every 2 days; floors in room and corridor not clean; public toilets full of shit; couches in restaurant not clean. Overnight oatmeal as breakfast was not good, it tasted strange. Parking offered by hotel costs USD 25 for 24 hours, public and safe parking next to hotel parking costs USD 13 for 24 hours.

All in all: not to be recommended at all, very disappointing for a Hilton hotel.

Su ubicación es un poco alejado de la ciudad y está en un lugar tranquilo

Cons:

La piscina que fue por lo que la elegí, por lo que iba con niños, el agua era fría. Los tapetes de la habitación no eran muy limpios y se veía mucho polvo en las esquinas.

Very comfortable, great location. Access to food and public transportation.
Pros:

Forgot to bring a bathing suit; but family used the pool and loved it. Cleaning and registration staff were professional and efficient.

Cons:

Only one elevator was operational.
