never recommended to family and friend , worse experience ever, even I did not take any picture.
Pros:

reception was on bad mood. even did not welcome. rude and not responsive. We there for kids for indoor swimming pool recepnaist told us the pool was open when we went with kids the pool was not open it was not open all day long.i spoil the money in this hotel. Room was dusty, bathroom was dirty and not in standard. I will never ever go this hotel again and wii not recommended for family and friend, rating 1 stander.

Great hotel and location for the nearby concert venues and for Philly. Looking forward to staying here again.

The staff behind the desk provided excellent service. He kindly extended my checkout time by two hours because I had undergone dental surgery the previous day.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay. While the room was clean, I observed several areas that require attention. The swimming pool appeared somewhat unkempt, with visible dirt and hair accumulation in the gutters. The ceiling above the pool also showed signs of age and discoloration, suggesting a need for maintenance. The fitness center was notably dusty, and I did not find any sanitizing wipes for equipment. Upon entering, the carpets in the common areas had a stale odor, which was unexpected given the Hilton brand and price point.

Vastly exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

I called the hotel the morning of my arrival to ask for an early check-in. They told me that they were quite full and had a lot of late checkout request so they didn’t know if they can guarantee that a room would be turned over in time. While I was driving there, the hotel called me to tell me that they did have a room and they would hold it for my arrival.


When I pulled up to the front of the hotel, one of their valets (Sammy) offered several parking options. Since we were only going to be there for a short time before we had to leave for a concert, he actually moved his personal vehicle that was across the street and let me take his on street parking spot at no charge - talk about above and beyond!!

Once we returned from the concert, I did pay for the overnight parking a nice, safe a lot

It was a fine place to stay and convenient to the conference I was attending.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious. I especially like having a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Cons:

While I always like having a view of a body of water it was weird having a great view of the sewer department. The chlorine gas coming from the indoor pool was overwhelming and it was difficult to breathe in the hallway and in the gym. I was not able to workout because of that.
