Cons:

The worst hotel I ever stayed, The staff were untrained and weird and the Pool not cleaned during the two days and it’s very dirty and second day they told that it’s not allowed for the guests since it’s rented to outsource to make a party and no towels available and finally there’s no any room service

I would not recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel in Muscat to anyone.
Cons:

Worst hotel experience I have ever had!

The staff had poor communication with guests, and their behavior was strange and unprofessional. In addition, the swimming pool was not clean during my stay.

We booked this hotel to enjoy our holiday and spend time at the swimming pool, but we were forced to leave the pool area at 2:00 PM because it had been rented out to outside guests. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

As a result, we decided to check out and move to another hotel, the Movenpick, which provided an excellent experience.

I would not recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel in Muscat to anyone.

Pros:

Hotel is in close proximity to nearby mall and Local restaurants/ shops. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Cons:

Parking is outside and not under shaded area which makes the car really hot during the daytime. Service can be better as one of the occasions I had asked for drinking water and it was not served whole night and had to ask again next day morning for it.
