Location is excellent for exploring the city with a short walk to the old town, resturants and public transport. Our room was large and comfortable with good air conditioning during some very warm weather. A good buffet breakfast was available each day.
During the weekend breakfast was not available until 7:00 and we missed it because we had to leave earlier.
The hotel had a lot of positive and unique aspects. Firstly, I loved the fact that we had our room cleaned, tidied up with new toilet paper every day! We stayed in the privilege room which was perfect. A big plus was the fact that we could open the windows so we had fresh air all the time. The staff was very polite and helpful for everything we needed (in the reception, breakfast and cleaning), well done to all for the brilliant work! The breakfast was nice. Two things that I consider unique were the machine for the fresh orange juice and also the fact that you could ask for fried eggs to be made for you! The location is perfect, with everything being at a walking distance and at a great spot of the city. I would definitely stay again here if I ever visit Lyon.
The only thing I considered as a negative is that the building inside (e.g. corridors) needed a bit of renovation. The breakfast room was kind of small.

La situation centrale de l'hôtel proche de restaurants et des lieux d'intérêt touristique de Lyon.
La chambre bien équipée était petite. La salle de petit déjeuner avec une décoration triste qui ne correspondait au style de l'hôtel.
Le déjeuner était fabuleux et exceptionnel. Très copieux. Un choix très varié. Des offres jamais vu auparavant ailleurs, tel la possibilité de cuire son oeuf à l’eau bouillante à son goût et la possibilité de faire son propre jus d’orange frais.
Nous avions une chambre Privilège au coin de l’immeuble près du Parc des Jacobins. J’aime bien dormir une fenêtre ouverte. Malheureusement, des motards ont circulé à quelques reprises. En laissant la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte, le bruit de la rue était acceptable. Toutes fenêtres fermées, les doubles et belles grandes fenêtres sont très acoustiques et rendent le bruit de la rue inaudible.

The hotel could not be better placed for a short city break. Its immediate to all you need to see in the area and easy walking to shops, bars, countless restaurants etc.
Our room was fairly modest in size (standard double) but was clean and well decorated.
Overall we had no complaints at all on what was a very pleasant stay.

Very nice.comfortable hotel in an excellent location to visit the sights of Lyon. Short 5-10 min walk from Bellcours metro station and short walk to Vieux Lyon. Our room was small but adequate. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom was modern with an excellent shower. WiFi worked well in the room and common areas. AC was quiet and functioned well. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and fresh ingredients. Friendly breakfast room staff.
No drawers in the room to tuck things away
Easy to find hotel in the heart of city center. Cozy Room was spacious enough for both luggages. Restaurants were front, back, left and right. Comfortable firm beds and very much appreciated the cold water bottles in mini refrigerator, replenished daily. Historical sites were roughly 12 mins. walking distance away. Loved Lyon !! Would like to return. Highly recommend your place.

Son gün ayrılırken resepsiyondaki görevli bir gün önce kahvaltı ettiğimizi ve parasını alacağını söyledi. Oysa biz hiç otelde kahvaltı etmemiştik. İşaretli bir kağıt gösterdi. Onu yazan görevliyi çağırın anlayalım nasıl olduğunu dedik. O şimdi bir gün geçtiği için hatırlamaz dedi. Ama biz kahvaltı salonunun yerini bile bilmiyoruz, üstelik dün karşıdaki cafede kahvaltı ettik deyince de ilk gün geldiğinizde size anlatmadılar mı yerini diye dalga geçmeye çalıştı. Biz kesinlikle kahvaltı asla etmedik otelinizde deyince de zorla kabul etti. Oysa arkadaşım hata yapıp yanlış odayı işaretlemiştir bile demedi. Kendi hatalarını biz yanlış bir şey yapmışız gibi defalarca hayır biz kahvaltı etmedik demek zorunda kaldık. Üç defa sordu, gerçekten yapmadınız mı diye. Bu yaklaşımı çok rahatsız ediciydi. Müşteri bir kere hayır yapmadım dediyse kabul edip, bizi yalancılıkla suçlamak yerine daha sonra kendisi kamera kayıtlarına bakabilirdi. Gerçekten çok rahatsız olduk.
