A miserable room with a miserable view, and we paid well over the odds for it.
Pros:

The staff at breakfast were pleasant and the breakfast selection was good.

Cons:

The room was really miserable and had an uninspiring view of what looked like an office block. No headboard, one small bedside cabinet and lamp on one side of the bed only, tv placed at the top of the wall near ceiling with no live channels. No kettle in room….had to climb to 3rd floor to use one. Decor seriously in need of updating. Curtains were even different lengths. A miserable experience which made us consider moving to another hotel.

Pros:

There was no basis amenities like lotion, tooth brush and paste or in house slippers. Booking with IBIS meant the basis were provided and we dis not have to carry them with us during travel.
