Overall good, breakfast was nice even when it arrived after 40 minutes.
Pros:

Cons:

Could have done with mini fridge in junior suite considering weather, no extraction at all in bathroom.

Pros:

Excellent location in Eton High Street with nice places to eat,5 mins gentle walk to Windsor and the attractions. Hotel is very comfy ,clean with really friendly welcoming staff.Added bonus on site parking.
Highly recommended 👌

Pros:

Self contained , clean and quaint .
Contacted the property regarding upgrade , helpful in sorting out , thank you sam . Parking convenient, call ahead to book a space , reasonable £15 for the stay . Nice touch with envelope of local places to eat. Lovely lady at breakfast, her customer service skills were great and the young lad accompanying her . Walking distance over the bridge into town , fantastic location for Windsor .

A good base for exploring Windsor
Pros:

Very convenient for Windsor sights. Great staff. Great breakfast.

Cons:

It’s a little run down - it needs an external refurb and the tired rooms (we stayed in a standard double) need updating. There was a stale smell in the room.

Great location with helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. On-site parking was a bonus. Would definitely stay again

The day was exceptionally hot and as a result the rooms were very warm. Fans were provided which helped.

Would definitely stay again. Great hotel and location.
Pros:

Nice welcome. Had a drink in the front bar when we arrived. Nice looking hotel. Easy to find a good parking. You have to pre book this.
Comfortable room. Clean. Nice bed, and pillows. Great fan in the room we stayed in a very hot day. Good shower.
Breakfast lovely.
Staff really accommodating. Didn’t have room the restaurant when we arrived at our booked time. But we were given a separate area and very well looked after.

Nice communal areas, good location, helpful staff, bedding needs improvement.
Pros:

Clean, had a shower and bath, pleasant pub and breakfast area, good breakfast.

Cons:

Bed linens were scratchy, pillows uncomfortable. Do not stay during hot weather.

No air con. There was a fan in the cupboard, would have been helpful to be told that during check in.

Pros:

Superb staff, comfy beds, spacious room, amazing breakfast, great location.

Cons:

No air con, unfortunately visited during the exceptionally hit weather in June & the room temperature was unbearable even with the fan supplied. This is the only factor why my score was a 7.
