Characterful property in a great location
Pros:

Characterful property in the heart of Eton/Windsor. Staff were lovely. Room extremely spacious. Parking on site and staff let us leave our car there for an hour or so after checkout which was v helpful.
A plentiful breakfast in a nice dining room.

Great hotel for Windsor and Eaton.
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring Windsor and Eaton.

Short walk to the castle.

Close to a variety of eating places.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

Will definitely return.

Pros:

The rooms are fabulous - so spacious and modern - and so quiet with a super comfy bed.
We paid extra for parking which was great BUT the entrance is quite tight so check with the hotel if you have an X5 or bigger!

Breakfast was superb and the staff were so lovely

Pros:

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located right in the heart of Eton high street. It is an easy walk across the bridge to Windsor making it an ideal location to explore by foot.
The staff are professional, polite and friendly and the rooms and communal areas are kept clean. The bed gave us the best sleep we've had in a hotel for a long time. We would certainly stay again if we are ever in the area.

Cons:

Just to make people aware that the entrance and drive to the car park is narrow and care needs to be taken when driving in and out.
However the fact that there is on site parking at a small extra cost is an absolute bonus and the narrow entrance into the property is nothing the hotel can change.

Lovely spacious room in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location (especially for Windsor castle), lovely room and bathroom with a bath and separate shower, and nice cooked breakfast.
We had a fan in the room which helped with the ongoing heatwave.

Pros:

The staff was incredible. They couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Having a fruit salad instead of whole fruit would have been better.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we would stay again due to the ease of getting to Heathrow although I do think
Pros:

The location is very good within easy reach of Heathrow airport and of course Eton and Windsor. The staff are very good and helpful, and the hotel offers car parking at an additional cost. We thought the bathroom in room 10 was very good with both a bath and separate shower cubicle, very clean and excellent pressure in the shower.
The bed was very big and there is a ceiling fan which was much needed in the hot weather.

Cons:

There are two separate staircases to access upstairs, the one from the reception area is desperate for an updated as it looks really quite scruffy and off putting. I did ask the receptionist about it and apparently it is on the owners list of jobs to do. The staircase is quite narrow and if you have heavy luggage like we did it’s quite a struggle without a lift to navigate up two floors.

Great location for Eton and Windsor. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the heatwave they tried their best to keep everyone as comfortable as they could.
