A recepcionista q nos atendeu era bem atenciosa e simpática .

Cons:

Mt barulho no corredor , o hotel estava hospedando uma equipe de futebol sub20 e me parece n estar mt preocupados com a bagunça q estava rolando.
Café da manhã foi decepcionante.
Cheguei 6:30 e não estava todo montado. Não tem opção de tapioca p/fazer na hora e nem ovo frito.
Outro detalhe sobre o café , foi dito q iniciava as 6:00 de segunda a sexta mas eu desci 6:30 e os produtos ainda estavam sendo expostos . Se não tem equipe p abrir as 6:00 então o ideal é q ajuste o horário para o que realmente vai atender a todos.

Pros:

É um hotel grande, movimentado e muito bem localizado, com alta rotatividade de hóspedes. Por isso, é comum encontrar os elevadores cheios, o café da manhã bastante concorrido e dificuldade para conseguir vaga na garagem ao chegar mais tarde.

Cons:

Em alguns dias, também houve bastante barulho vindo da rua e dos corredores. É uma boa opção para quem valoriza localização e estrutura, mas pode não ser a mais indicada para quem busca tranquilidade e silêncio.
