Excelente estadia!
Pros:

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no Comfort Hotel Fortaleza. A estrutura do hotel estava muito boa, com instalações confortáveis, ambiente agradável e tudo funcionando conforme esperado.
Gostaria de destacar especialmente o atendimento da recepção, em particular o colaborador Cristiano, que foi extremamente atencioso, educado e prestativo durante nossa estadia. A equipe da portaria também merece elogios pela cordialidade, simpatia e disposição para ajudar sempre que necessário.
No geral, tivemos uma estadia muito agradável e certamente consideraríamos retornar em uma próxima visita a Fortaleza. Recomendo o hotel pelo excelente atendimento e pela ótima estrutura.

Cons:

O único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o café da manhã, que achamos apenas razoável em comparação ao excelente padrão do restante do hotel. Ainda assim, isso não comprometeu nossa experiência.
