Cons:

Tive um problema com barulho e não foi resolvido. Reclamei várias vezes e o recepcionista disse que já tinha ligado para o apartamento que estava fazendo barulho e que não poderia fazer mais nada. A situação se prolongou por 2 horas, até 23:30. O meu marido teve que ligar no apartamento para pedir para parar. Mesmo assim, continuou por um tempo. A acústica é muito ruim. Senti que faltou apoio para nos ajudar e é uma situação muito constrangedora. Todos querem uma noite de paz e descanso, mas não tivemos.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, muito confortável, quarto espaçoso para quem vai com família. limpeza impecável, café da manhã excelente localização perfeita, próximo a farmácia, mercado, loja de conveniência. Há poucos metros do melhor da orla de Fortaleza, como feirinha e restaurantes.

Quarto amplo e confortável!

Cons:

Serviço de quarto péssimo. Dizem que tem até as 16 horas para limpar, ou seja vc não sabe que hs vão fazer a limpeza. Cheguei da praia às 14:30 e o quarto ainda sujo sem toalhas limpas para tomar banho. Sou viajante frequente e nunca me deparei com isso.
