Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent location (near beach, restaurants, conveniences)
Comfortable/spacious rooms mentioned by multiple guests
Many guests praise the breakfast (several 'excellent' / 'espeteracular' comments)
Attentive and friendly reception staff
Reliable Wi‑Fi and available toiletries
Cons:
Cleanliness inconsistent; one report of cockroaches and late/poor room cleaning
Noise from corridors/street and inadequate resolution from staff in some cases
Rooms somewhat dated for some guests (old beds, basic finishes, poorly lit bathrooms)
Value for money concerns — some guests feel price does not match quality
Limited in‑room streaming support (e.g., Globo Play) and parking/elevator crowding

Categories

Cleanliness
6.6
Mixed reports: some guests praise 'limpeza impecável', but there are serious negatives (encontrei baratas, limpeza inconsistente e quarto não limpo no horário). Overall cleanliness concerns lower this score.
Service
9.8
Generally positive comments about attentive and friendly reception staff; isolated operational failures (poor handling of corridor noise, slow follow-up on reported issues) but most guests highlight good staff interactions.
Location
9.6
Consistently praised as a major strength: 'localização muito boa', 'excepcional localização', near beach, restaurants and conveniences.
Room Quality
7.4
Mixed: some guests find rooms spacious and comfortable, others report old rooms, poorly lit bathrooms, basic finishes and small double beds — room quality is inconsistent.
Amenities
9.4
Good amenities noted (reliable Wi‑Fi, available toiletries, large hotel structure), but some limitations reported (no easy streaming support, crowded elevators, parking difficulty).
Value for Money
7.8
Several guests comment that cost-benefit is lacking (price charged higher than expected, 'não vale o preço'); however others find the offering acceptable given location and facilities.
Food and Beverage
9.6
Breakfast receives many positive mentions ('café espetacular', 'excelente café da manhã') though a few complaints about late setup and limited live options (no tapioca/egg on demand). Overall food is a strong point.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall mixed-to-positive experience: excellent location and many strengths (breakfast, staff, comfort) tempered by cleanliness, occasional noise and value concerns — overall aligns with target rating.
