The staff were really nice and made us feel welcoming. The location is on the middle of the attractions we wanted to go to and near the stadium.
I didn't like the rooms. Our first room had a really strong odor in the room, the lights didn't work and the wires on the lights were out exposed! I don't think the room was checked nor was it cleaned prior to our stay. We got moved to another room, however after the first night I started getting red marks on my body after every night. We found little bugs that looked like ants on the table and bed during the 3rd night and by then we were ready to be checked out! Im not allergic to anything nor do I have any medical problems (only 23) that would explain the marks on my body. I would not stay at this hotel again even if you paid me! I feel like I threw the $900 down the toilet at this hotel. Unimpressed.
I got the breakfast package and on both days of my stay there was no breakfast at all. I paid for something I did not receive. It was very inconvenient considering I had a toddler with me. The reason I bought the breakfast package was to not have to worry about going out and getting breakfast.

The balcony door was in bad shape, hard open, worn out almost broken.
Staff was great. The location is great. Facilities were clean.
We liked that the hotel was connected to restaurants and close to other attractions. We liked that we had a balcony and the view is nice.
We wished the sides our balcony had a little more privacy land you couldn’t see right through to your neighbor. And we had like a half of roll of toilet paper in the room so we had to ask for more lol

The check in time issue. We paid for early check in. They said they didn't have any. We waited two hours. When we entered. Our room was a mess and not cleaned at all.

elevators did not work properly; no stairs to second floor so we had to use faulty elevator
The ice cream truck in the front of the hotel was very loud and operated until late at night making noise for our room which overlooked the front entrance.

The lobby was incredibly hot. Had big fans in the 3story lobby.
