Pros:

The location was excellent. Right on the harbor with view of the harbor. My king room was huge which was lovely.

Cons:

The bathroom door wouldn't shut. Rooms need updating. They are beautiful but on closer inspection it just needs a little love.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest. It was ok but not worth $20

​Disappointing, dirty, and a potential safety hazard.
Pros:

The only thing that I liked was the hotels location to Pier 6 concert venue.

Cons:

​I drove all the way from Kentucky with my mother for a concert at Pier 6, only for our stay to be a complete mess from start to finish.
​Check-in was set for 4:00 PM, but when we arrived around 5:00 PM, our room still wasn't ready. The front desk tried to excuse the delay by blaming a 12:00 PM checkout time, leaving several guests waiting in the lobby.
​When we finally got inside, the room was dingy, outdated, and dirty—far below expectations for what we paid:
​Hygiene: There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom and visible brown dirt stains on the box spring.
​Smoke & Pests: Despite paying for a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. Staff had left the balcony door open to "air it out," which just let flies and gnats flood the room.
​Safety Concern: The balcony felt structurally soft and unsafe to step on, with visible, sloppy patchwork. I seriously doubt it would pass a building inspection.
​I've stayed at Quality Inns that were significantly cleaner and better maintained than this place. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be staying at the nearby Marriott instead. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Cons:

The hotel furniture and upholstery are OUTDATED. The couches had old stains on them. The carpets were old, it smelled old. The patios are covered and you can’t even see the pier or water. It needs many many many updates IMMEDIATELY
