I appreciated the fact that we were able to book a room last minute when a scheduled AIRBNB was “cancelled” when we tried to enter the property. I booked the room at Pier 5 immediately and we were able to drive straight over to check in.

Privacy on balcony, more water in the rooms,
Carpet, un the rooms,someone was smoking Marijuana in the room we could smell it from the hall way
The location was the best part. Paying extra for a room with a balcony (the views were a plus), however the balcony itself was small and in bad shape. You had to be careful how you stepped out because there was a dip in the material they placed on the ground. Mikayla was nice however not very helpful when it came to resolving the parking issue and instead of finishing up with me and then moving on to the guests that came in after me, she was trying to juggle everything on her own which became frustrating.
The parking situation was horrible. We arrived early and went to the front desk, and Mikayla supposedly validated the parking but couldn't provide proof. She admitted to only validating it for 24 hours and not our entire stay. Upon leaving, we found a parking ticket for $105.00 on our windshield which I now have to address with the city of Baltimore. I paid $80 for extended checkout at 4pm and they only validated the parking for a 24-hour period which didn't cover my late checkout. The rooms were outdated. Also, the so-called breakfast was nonexistent. We wanted a cup of coffee, and it was water with a tint of coffee. The staff we are the egg station talking and not paying any mind to the two guests sitting and us when we walked in, so we walked out and went elsewhere to have breakfast. Very disappointing!
Access to aquarium and access to restaurant
Bed wasn’t comfy… wasn’t told about the extra fee I had to pay upon arrival. Was kinda overpriced for quality
The location was wonderful, wanted to be close to the water and some attractions.
Me and my friend would have gone into the Baltimore aquarium, but it was too pricey.
Everything was clean when we arrived, we received a complimentary water which was not cold.
The only thing that we did not like was the rooms did not have was a microwave.
Central with a view of the water
Very shabby and felt dirty. Sliding balcony door difficult to open and balcony leading to large aircon units that were noisy. Smell of disinfectant when you walk in. V slow lifts. Another customer walked into our room as they were given the wrong key
The location,view and staff was amazing
I was confused about the parking charge $35 bucks a night and parking is free right across the street kinda threw me off
