They need to clean n double check rooms
Pros:

The upgrade to presidential suite was great

Cons:

The executive suite had a huge dead water bug. The balcony had 3 inches of water that I stepped in. Theres absolutely no view from balcony.

Nice stay; great location.
Pros:

Location was awesome. The property was nice. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

Price was a little high for a "nice" property but the location was awesome.

Pros:

Everything was good which created a pleasant—clean and spacious rooms with ample outlets and amenities, lovely reception area, welcoming and helpful receptionists, and free coffee in the breakfast room. You pay for parking but the convenience of parking next to the hotel and walking along the water and in town and little Italy is worth the extra expense. Our room faced the water so that was a bonus.

Pros:

My experience with my stay was nice. I feel like there should be two agents on the front at all times to cover the desk. Because we went in and out 10 times and I had to search for the agent to let me up on the elevator 6 out of the 10. The female agent was very kind but looked exhausted and the gentleman was attentive but not friendly.

Cons:

The balcony to go out to get air. The bed was comfortable but old. The room was clean.
