Communication needs to be better
Cons:

I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child. They had not set up the bed for the extra person and when I asked reception they only had a sheet for us to use. Which really wasn’t good enough.

Room was nice and liked the location from THE K. Stayed after a july 4th royals game, will most likely come back. Also enjoyed the comfort of the bed.

Cons:

The pillows were really small. Will just travel with my own. The room was also a little dirty and smelt like cigarette smoke. Found some candy from other people on the floor in the room besides that was good.

The room was clean. Loved the curtain shades In the room. TV was nice. Beds were pretty comfortable. The convenice store/corner in the lobby is reasonably priced and came in handy. We loved it!

Cons:

The fridge didn't work very well in the room and the bath tub was super slippery.
