J'ai vraiment apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre Et le petit déjeuner proposé était très bon.
Le lit était très confortable le problème c'est le coussin. Il est beaucoup trop petit j'ai eu mal au cou en partant de l'hôtel.
Die Nähe zur Autobahn, da auf dem Weg in den Süden Richtung iberische Halbinsel.
Kaputter Aufzug und etwas in die Jahre gekommener Zustand. Service nicht aufmerksam genug.

Il manque dans les chambres la pancarte que l on place sur la poignée de la porte ne pas déranger !!! On est resté 2 nuits Donc ils sont rentrés faire le lit !!
Et l étui de lunettes cuir marron a disparu sur la tablette sous la tv. 😡😡😡

Aussi réservé 1 nuit sur le site et 1une sur place qui était pas prévu. Mais la 2eme nuitée on à payé plein tarif. Même pas un geste commercial Je trouve cela dommage. !! Donc faut passer par le site cela est moins cher. !!!
Le restaurant est moyen ! Il manquait des plats et remplacé par autre chose sans prévenir. 😡😡😡😡😡 c’est un peu limite !!

Not a lot. Perhaps the secure parking (which wasn't secure as the exit gate was open)!
No restaurant, despite me checking with Booking when I booked. I specifically booked it because of the secure parking and being able to get food on site. Only to arrive and be told the restaurant was closed on Sunday! Staff simply said, you can find somewhere 5 mins drive away!
The fault of that lies with booking and not the hotel, the answers given we're incorrect!
But.
Only one lift was working, the room looked clean at a glance, but was anything but clean, as others have noted and photographed!
So, after about 10 mins in the room, we decided to leave. We'd already paid and because the choice was mine, I accepted that I'd not get my money back and didn't try.
Instead, I drove another 200km to just outside Biarritz to a lovely family run hotel with a fantastic restaurant, which was open!
I was so disappointed with this place, I have cancelled my return stop at another Ibis Styles and booked another nearby hotel!
I'll never use an Ibis Styles again. Once bitten and all that.

Non prose en compte des demandes malgré une confirmation écrite.
La gentillesse du personnel.
La poussière sur le dessus de la machine à café, le robinet de la SdB de notre chambre qui n’était pas fixé.
