The location was great… But the front desk clerk gave great customer service and was very sincere and friendly
It was a very nice place for the price. It was a little rundown here and there, but for the most part, it was a good place.
Not super clean; no seating apart from a computer chair although we were in a suite. The electric sockets by the beds only worked if the switch was on leaving the lights on.

The ac unit was so loud we had to shut it off. Even in low fan mode. Then it became uncomfortable. Was not a good night sleep

The breakfast was not good. I only had coffee. Not many choices. Waffle maker didn’t look clean. Undercooked bacon.
Very clean and quiet lodging. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Breskfast meal over- wellington and room wery nicely attired .

Temp of pool was great. Breakfast was good. Coffee was not good.
Beds could have been more comfortable. Room on front of building so heard street noise. Bathroom sink drain not working. No free water given to us.

Lights in the room were wired weird if you turned off a switch it turned off different lights and jacuzzi tub had no pressure

The room was big and clean
Neither the pool or the gym was working for our entire stay of 4 days. They never called us or offered any discount. I would have stayed at a cheaper place wo a hotel had I known. They knew you couldn't leave because all area hotels were full. We picked that hotel so my 3 or old grand chuld could swim have you tried explaining to a 3 or old why the hotel pool doesnt work. Even if you book 3rd party someone should be responsible for telling you and providing a discount.
