Good stay again
Pros:

Second time staying here. To be able to get a room for this price is amazing these days. I don't think I can stay anywhere else now because nowhere else would be as good value. Yes things are a bit dated but really can't complain for the price. Comfy bed, kettle, en suite, desk area. Great value

Cons:

Walls are a bit thin but that's the case in most hotels

Perfect for a cheap one night stay

Cons:

Our room door was in the way if someone was waiting for the shared bathroom with was right next to us (our room had a bathroom)
No milk pots for tea/coffee

Didn’t like the property

Cons:

No one to greet you. On the door was a contact number to ring. Rang the number to inform we had arrived checks were made to confirm. Informed to go outside the main door to retrieve a key from the key press with a code. Told floor and room number.
On entering it smelt of smoke (a non smoking hotel) there was myself and sister there was one towel one cup no bathroom floor mat both side lamps didn’t work the toilet flush took a few attempts to work. The mattress springs were digging into you.
No hair dryer no toiletries apart from a very tiny bottle of shampoo which we used to wash our hands.
I contacted the hotel again to request another towel which I did get whilst I was out. We weren’t not impressed.

Passable
Pros:

Cheap (you get what you pay for!) but good location and fine for a night

Cons:

The staff member I encountered was rude. On arrival to the property i was greeted with just a curt ‘yes’ rather than a hello. He barely looked up from his phone to check me in.
Very basic but clean and comfortable enough for one night.

Would have felt safer in a bail hostel 🤦🏽‍♀️

Awful smell as soon as you walk in.
Booked 2 rooms and placed us miles apart and didn’t feel safe.
Shower was disgusting and mouldy - room 2
Couldn’t close the window so was disturbed by street sounds all night.
No staff on site
Dated and hallway carpet was a tripping hazzard.

Will never stay again and never recommend it, not worth the money , very poor service.

The bed was ok

Cons:

Carpet in entrance dirty , bedside lamps didn’t work , toilet seat dirty, provided with 1 towel for 2 people , no bath mat , had to go find someone and ask for more and told no , so had to insist .

The location is good for my needs

Cons:

Came at 3pm like said myself and about 6 or 7 other people who came ariund that time could not check in having phoned around we all had to phone individually to get someone to come when he came around 4pm we all finally checked in

Pros:

The area the hotel is in is perfect for us as a family

Cons:

There was black mould in the rooms. Stains on carpets. No facilities for a drink. It says they do tea and coffee in the rooms there is a kettle but no milk. No fridges to bring your own. Room wasn't cleaned while we was there either.

The parking £13 for 24hrs but I was allowed to park in the garden [ motorcycle ] theres no parking any were without paying.
