Good central location, hotel dated and shabby, ok for one night wouldn't want to stay longer.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable with clean bed linen and towels. Also provided a small soap and 2 small shower gels. Good central location.

Cons:

No staff on premises, all contact done by telephone and advised on key safe number to obtain front door and room key.
Hotel dated and shabby, has a damp musty smell. Parking expensive in the area if travelling by car.

Nothing was horrendously dirty, only in room 20mins door tried 3 times and at 430 in the morning male sat out side asking us where our phones and that was

Pros:

Excellent value for money! The hotel is clean, affordable, and in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and made my stay so pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Hairs on bed, foisty smell. Noisy neighbours. Felt dodgy. Had to ring and wait to get in

No staff around to tell only saw staff when checking in

Granby Hotel stay
Pros:

I was welcomed by the owner who gave me a free upgrade on the original room I had booked. Room was spacious with toilet and sink, I used a shared bathroom which was well equipped and kept tidy. If you want a reasonably priced no frills comfortable accommodation I would recommend.

Cons:

Been there before so I knew what to expect.
