Nothing special
There was no maintenance no staff to take care of issues curtains broken bathroom overflow old gotel and hi prices and customer support is too late
The rooms were huge and it's nice that there was direct access to the green space in the back. It helped getting the puppy out and also accessing the pool area.
Staff were polite and smiling.
Two hot tubs are outside were ok but these are very small for such a huge property with very many guests on a peak season. The guests come in huge groups (sports teams, families, tourists alike, etc.) Imagine the wait to habe your turn, or the number of people actually in it.
The location was nice, it was accessible and nearby some stores or shops if you need some stuff the last minute..
However for a family or guests who wants to relax, I recommend considering other properties that are comparable to this one. In our opinion and experience, the value of what we paid for three nights wasn't reciprocated really well.
The pet-friendly rooms are not bookable thru Booking.com , all it says is that they are pet-friendly. You have to ensure that you call the hotel after booking (or even prior) to make sure there is still a pet-friendly room available.
We stayed for three nights during a long weekend. Another surpise we found out was that all rooms located on the first floor (pet-friendly ones) do not have a microwave on them at all.
This is the first (and hopefully only) hotel that we have ever been to that does not have a microwave in a room. Wheb we discovered and asked, we were told that only suites do have the microwave. So if you want something warmed up, you have to bring it to the front desk every time.. Although they said that it's not an inconvenience for them (staff), it's still and inconvenience for guests to do so each time. The staff also have to heat it downstairs in the staff area/kitchen so that takes time. It's a little concerning too since someone else is handling your food. So be prepared for that. We have children and a pet and have dietary needs so this was a disappointment for us.
Other issue we encountered during our second night was that the A/C stopped working. Kids especially couldn't sleep as it was warm. The staff brought an electric fan which eventually helped.
Housekeeping left dirty face towels on the bathroom counter. They replenished the other towels but perhaps just forgotten the dirty ones. Those ones looked like they were small rags that were used to clean the surface though— not exactly the face towels that we actually used. The floor does not get cleaned as well. We still see debris and dust.
Lastly– the indoor swimming pool needs to be cleaned and maintained properly. First time we used it and the water is obviously icky (should I say salty? yuck.) We didn't stay as much as we intended to so kids were a bit upset.
Could walk to some restaurants/stores
My balcony was tiny and I should’ve been told it looked into the parking lot. No choice in pillows, too big and fluffy. Got a sore neck. No movies to watch on the tv. Took a while to figure out how to use the remote.

There is black mold in the caulking of the bathtub/shower junction. This should be removed and re-caulked.

Booking .com made the reservation to find out once we got there there was no room
The room, bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable.
The bed sheets had black stains on them. The breakfast was very basic and the quality was not good at all. There were not enough tables inside for the number of guests, so we had to sit outside. The patio and the tables were very dirty, and there was a dead bird next to our table. The swimming pool and hot tub water were cloudy and dirty. There was only one staff member cleaning the breakfast area, so the tables were rarely cleaned, even after guests had left. Overall, the breakfast quality was very poor and very minimal.
We were attending a wedding and we booked months in advance . When arriving in Kelowna from Calgary, Alberta things at the check-in were not going as planned . We were tired exhausted and stressed but the staff were wonderful and I thought trying their best to help us . Finally we got things worked out and they told me that I was a valued Best Western member and they would give us an upgrade . We thought wonderful took our luggage up the lift and my daughter took the stairs with the dogs as the lift was too small. The next morning everything changed again the staff were mad that we were in a non pet-friendly room and that we were trying to hide the dogs and that they were going to charge us all these extra fees. Not only that but they had no available rooms for us . So here we were in peak season trying to attend a wedding , left looking for a place to stay for night with 2 dogs . Huge thanks goes out to the people at the Super 8 who were so helpful and understanding and they had a microwave in the room , ours didn't . These things can make all the difference to a customer . Thanks Super 8 for your help during a crisis!

Whenever we visit Kelowna, this is our go‑to place to stay. The rooms are always clean and generously sized, and the included breakfast buffet features an good selection of both hot and cold items. Free parking and a convenient location near restaurants and shopping make it even better.
Nice hotel, great breakfast, attentive staff, smart TV in room, room needs updating, carpet was not clean nor was the couch, drapes dragged on floor needed hemming and had water marks on them, great bed and linen, elevators were quick.
