The locations is convenient for travelers arriving by train. The staff was friendly & accommodating
Pros:

It was close to the train station and there were grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The bathroom was clean and the shower did not spray all over the room (the water stayed where it should, ie in the shower enclosure).

Cons:

There were no mini-fridges in the rooms. There was no coffee maker - just packets of instant coffee and a water heater.

Im Zimmer war ein unangenehmer Geruch bermerkbar, wann immer man reinkam, musst jedes Mal sofort das Fenster aufreißen

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch muffig, aber wenn man die Fenster zur stark befahrenen Straße hin öffnete, war es sehr laut; das Frühstück war okay, aber für den Zimmerpreis inkl. Frühstück nicht gut genug. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, musste aber mehrfach an Serviceleistungen erinnert werden.

少しわかりづらいが駅から近くてよかった

部屋のトイレのドアが内側に開くのでとてもの狭く使い勝手が悪い

The location of the hotel is in the center of Mainz. The room was a little small, but it had everything I needed including a very comfortable bed.
