This was our second stay at this hotel. It is a short walk from train station but far enough to be quiet. Walkable to old city and river. AC is good. Breakfast great. Rooms comfortable.

W-LAN war angeboten (offenes W-LAN) jedoch konnte eine Verbindung zum Netz nicht hergestellt werdn. Es lag nicht an der Sicherheitseinstellung meines Handys

Spacious room.
No internet!!!!!!!! Not answering the phone on reception ("we are busy"). Expensive breakfast. Aircon is on but can't be changed. The control panel is locked...
Außergewöhnliches Zimmer, wir waren super begeistert. Ich würde jedem empfehlen in diesem Hotel bei einer Reise nach Mainz zu übernachten. Super klimatisiert, wir kamen rein bei einer Hitze draußen von ca. 40grad und Klima war bereits vorher vom Personal an. Personal sind hilfsbereit und nett. Das Zimmer ist groß und modern sowohl auch das Badezimmer.

Freundliches Personal & rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Laufnähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt.. BPA-freier Wasserkocher im Zimmer plus Tasse und Tee. Alles sehr sauber. Seife im Bad. Klimaanlage, die zum Glück ausgestellt werden konnte.
Blick auf ein schmutziges Dach und den ungepflegt wirkenden Hinterhof - Großstadt eben. Wenig gegen Geräusche aus dem Flur und den anderen Zimmern gedämmt. Die dunkel gemusterten Teppichböden mit ihrem typischen Geruch in den Fluren verschlechterten den Gesamteindruck - sind aber möglicherweise für die Schalldämmung gut. Bett breit und groß, aber sehr weich. Lüftung im Bad lief dauerhaft. Nach hinten raus kein Straßenlärm, aber trotzdem nicht leise.
