Friendly staff and great location, but the lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable night.
Pros:

The staff were genuinely friendly. The location near Luzern is also very convenient. A big plus that the hotel is dog friendly, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

No air conditioning, which made the room unbearably hot which is a real issue in summer. The bed was also rather mediocre for a decent night’s sleep.
