Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Aurea Pyramida Prag war erneut rundum gelungen. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir an der Rezeption außergewöhnlich herzlich und freundlich empfangen, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem großartigen Team an der Bar – insbesondere Frau Michaela und ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen. Frau Michaela hat uns mit ihrer herzlichen, aufmerksamen und fast schon familiären Art betreut. Ihr hervorragender Service, ihre Freundlichkeit und ihre positive Ausstrahlung haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht.

Das gesamte Team sorgt dafür, dass man sich jederzeit wohlfühlt und gerne wiederkommt. Für uns war es wieder ein perfekter Zwischenaufenthalt in Prag. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Ore Hotel Pyramida is a high quality hotel, with a good service for reasonable price. We were offered room upgrade free of charge. The breakfast is superb with freshly baked cakes, pancakes etc. They also serve tasty coffee made by barista. We didn't have time to visit spa, but swimming pool is good and we'll equipped.
