Pros:

Unbedingt hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals insbesondere am Front Desk und der Bar . Ein besonderer Dank an Mr Michel von der Rezeption für seine Restaurantempfehlungen , seine Höflichkeit und Professionalität .

Cons:

Die Zimmer könnten ein make-over vertragen , die Balkone eine Grundreinigung und adäquates Mobiliar , der Pool erinnert eher an ein altes Schulschwimmbad . Weit entfernt von einem Hotelpool mit Spa . Die Massagen waren gut , aber das Ambiente !!
Die Betten waren gut , das vielgerühmte Frühstück konnte nicht überzeugen , quantitativ zwar beeindruckend aber leider billigste Produkte aus Tüte , Tetrapack .

Pros:

I was upgraded to the brand new executive wing. A huge room, very comfortable, super clean. The hotel has great facilities, a nice restaurant and inexpensive parking, which is important as it is not located at the center.
Will be certainly back.

Pros:

Personál byl velmi příjemný, mladíci na recepci velice vstřícní a ochotní.

Cons:

Jen nám trochu chyběl balkon a jelikož jsem cestovala s dítětem, tak v koupelně by se hodila vana.

EXCELENTE
Pros:

Quiero compartir que mi experiencia en el Hotel fue muy positiva. La atención del personal fue muy buena, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar.
La ubicación es excelente, especialmente para quienes desean un espacio tranquilo
Además, cuenta con fácil acceso al transporte, incluyendo una estación de metro cercana, lo que facilita aún más la movilidad.
En general, fue una muy buena experiencia y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Komfortowy pobyt
Pros:

Dobre śniadania, wygodne, czyste i komfortowe pokoje. Przyjemne lobby, duży parking, fajna strefa fitness. Może nie najbliżej głównych atrakcji miasta, ale dla mnie było w sam raz.
