It was good but not great.
Pros:

It was a good location and very clean

Cons:

The breakfast was so busy and there were not enough seating. The food and clean plates ran out and it was quite a wait to get them. There was no syrup for waffles one day breakfast was a disappointment

Staff gentile, pulizia buona.

Cons:

Camera relativamente piccola e bagno non adeguato (piccolo, wc spostato addosso alla vasca, vasca con tenda...), colazione estremamente deludente.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Close to Olympic Oval. Easy stair access. Excellent breakfast!

Cons:

It would be nice to have a back door from the parking lot.

Beautiful hotel and terrific staff
Pros:

Breakfast had lots of choices, but staff had trouble keeping various items full; coffee cream, and muffins for example.

Pool and hot tub area was clean.

Cons:

It took a very long time to get hot water to our fifth floor bathroom sink and shower.
There is a charge for secure underground parking which wasn’t mentioned in the booking.com website. Parking at street level was free and of course crowded.
