Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great architecture. Breakfast was delicious. Staff helped me change rooms when my room was too noisy (across from main floor elevator). The beds were comfortable. Good shower and tub.

Cons:

Due to the open layout of the hotel, I could hear when breakfast started at 6:30 am due to the noise (metal cutlery on ceramic plates). An easy fix would be to have the restaurant use paper plates until maybe 8 am so guests can sleep in a little longer?

Great Hotel
Pros:

I have stayed at many best westerns and this is a happening place close to downtown but a bit from the airport.

The staff was super. Very friendly, efficient and helpful. I dare say they seemed to like their job and took pride in doing quality work

Highly recommended this hotel.

We enjoy our stay in the hotel. Lovely staff , nice pool , sauna and located is fantastic to us.

Best Western service
Pros:

Reception staff excellent - nothing was too much trouble. Bed sheets changed daily. Hot tub and pool never crowded. Breakfast staff helful in working pancake and waffle making machines

Cons:

Waitress in evening food service appeared aloof - said all the right words and served, but with no expression or welcoming tone.
