Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of my stay.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my room accommodations. The initial room I was assigned had a very strong bleach odor, which was particularly problematic because I have an allergy to bleach. It was also an accessible (handicap) room that I felt was of lesser value than the room category I had paid for, yet I was not offered a refund or adjustment.

I was then moved to a different room, which had a double bed and a sofa bed. However, the sofa bed had a strong urine odor that made the room unpleasant. I reported the odor to a staff member, but no action was taken to address the issue.

Overall, while I appreciated the breakfast, the condition of the rooms and the lack of response to my concerns negatively affected my stay.

Cons:

I liked having the complimentary underground parking. and the breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of my stay.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast! Best hotel breakfast we’ve had!!! Very clean hotel. Fun pool area.

Slightly difficult to find. Did not appreciate paying to park underground.

Everything except the pool inside and hearing the guests while they are eating (the utensils sounds) while you are sleeping considering our room are in the fifth floor.

Cons:

I like the pool but hopefully it will be outside or at-least far away from the rooms.

The price was a bit over priced, but ok and the bathroom a bit too small especially us with a 4 year old was a bit hard to get around, but overall a good experience.

Great value for the amenities offered!
Pros:

The price was good. The property was really nice. We were very impressed with the breakfast! They had eggs, sausage, waffles and lots more.

Cons:

When checking in we were told the underground parking was $15. A couple minutes later I heard the other conceriage tell their customer it was $10. We parked outside for free and it was all good.

Pros:

We stayed here as its right near Banff Trail C Train stop which takes you right to Stampede with no changing so it was perfect for Stampede. Hotel is a bit dated and the style was not to my taste but that's personal preference. Breakfast spread was good. There is a precinct 3 min walk away with a liquor store and various fast food places. The Vietnamese restaurant did good takeaway. 15 mins by train from the heart of Calgary. Nothing really in the immediate vicinity tho so you have to travel out for stuff really.

Cons:

Not my personal style of hotel but that's personal preference
