Remodeled room like new; fantastic view

The location is beautiful since it has an ocean view and the rooms were newly updated.

The newly remodeled rooms are tastefully appointed.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer. Moderne Ausstattung. Gerade erst saniert. Gaststätte am Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.

Had a great anniversary stay here! Huge shoutout to Cindy at the front desk—she was so helpful and even surprised my wife and me with a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The property is currently under renovation, but the staff handles it so well that it didn’t take away from our experience at all. Highly recommend!

Weirdest story and no idea where else to put it and want to vent.

Always come here for visits to the area for 10+ years and love it. So much so, that my fiancé planned our surprise engagement at the hotel. He got in contact with the manager and she agreed to take a video of the proposal (he offered $$ as well for doing so).

So he proposed, it was perfect in every way. Saw the manager with the phone filming etc. she said congrats and left, we went to dinner. 6 days later and she still won’t reply to my fiancé when he has ask the video. Just very weird to me. Like if you accidentally didn’t take it you can be honestly, or tell us at the time for a reenactment photo. 😅

Either way gorgeous hotel, just a weird vibe from that haha

Excellent stop sur la route entre Las Vegas et San Francisco. Endroit magnifique !! Le restaurant à côté de l’hôtel est OK mais le personnel n’est pas très sympathique. Il y avait beaucoup de monde et le monsieur nous a pas très bien accueilli. Mais ça n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel dont la chambre et SDB sont tres propre et bien. D’où la bonne note. Le petit balcon pour le soir était super sympa. Magnifique vue !! Personnel de l’hôtel super gentil et accueillant. Je recommande vivement.

Even though there was a remodel occurring, our room was excellent. The staff was very friendly and even gave my 4 year old son a sticker. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the walk yo the beach wasn't terrible (a bit of a walk and down stairs).

I had an employee help me out at the front desk. Her name id Cindy I thought she was gonna be very helpful, but she wasn’t. She actually gave me and my husband a lot of attitude and the room that she gave us was not clean at all every time I kept asking for directions or for more information, she just kept giving me an attitude. I will not be coming here again, and I will not be recommending this place to any of my family friends.

Beautiful modern fairly recently renovated room looking out onto the ocean, complimentary breakfast included very nice selection.

Helpful lady on reception directed me where best to access healthcare which was very much appreciated.

Could do with some sealant around the shower tray as water from the shower pools out onto the bathroom floor.
Also the ants on the balcony wanted to join us in the room we didn’t realise until we were packing to leave there was at least 100 ants across the headboard - maybe could find a solution for this? The odd one was crawling across the bed but otherwise they didn’t cause any problems.

Would happily stay again and would recommend.
Pool facilities were very good, towels available, friendly staff.

The suite was wonderful for 6 people, so clean & modern! Thw two bedrooms were separated by a hallway & two doors. Great privacy! Also the extended breakfast was great at their sister's property. Definitely going back!

My only complaint is the placement of the shampoo tray in the shower, I hit my elbow on it twice! It needs to be moved to the opposite side of the shower head.

Very nice room and the updates were great. Would suggest possibly putting a handrail next to the toilet to assist with elderly guests.

I loved the location, the hotel room was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I will be booking again soon!

We cannot rate this facility as we didn’t stay there. On attempting to check in we were informed that there were no rooms for us due to renovations. We were told that they had made other arrangements for us without even consulting us.
