Property was close to everything & the staff were very friendly. Our room had plumbing issues & we had to move to another room. The hotel upgraded our room & gave us a discount for the inconvenience. I loved the upgraded room, it was a two bedroom suite with living room & oceanfront view. I truly enjoyed the room & the view.
There is still a lot of construction going on so when you drive in, everything looks unfinished.
Our stay was good but the resort is under construction. The parking was impacted and the fitness center was closed.

Beautiful rennovated room. We had a 1 bedroom oceanfront suite. Very comfortable for a family of four and a dog. Small walk to local dog friendly beach. Very nice pool, spa, and sundeck with fire pits and activities. We also had access to boogie boards and e-bikes.

The hotel is not that nice, but the view was nice and rooms as described.
The hotel name was changed and the address was incorrect. They had purchased a 2nd property that was not close to the first one. We had to check in and then drive around to another location that looked abandoned. It was under construction and not open. The building that our room was located in had no parking spots left. We had to park in front to the abandoned building with all the construction material that looked spooky and unsafe to walk at night. The workers did not seem knowledgeable or helpful. They knew the elevator was out of order but did not put any signs to warn the guests. We got stuck once and then had to walk 3 flights up and down the rest of the time. Parking was a nightmare every time we left. They should warn people that the properties are under construction and there is no parking. I did not expect all of this or the lack of service for the price of the booking. Also, the entire building smelled like paint including the rooms.
Our room had an ocean view and it was stunning. The room was decorated very nicely and loved the bathroom.
We could not get rid of the ants! We were on third floor so I didn’t think the ants would be our problem but they were in the room, on the coffee station area, and bathroom.
There were several items that effected my stay. First the heater kept turning on. We would come back to the room and the unit on the wall would be on and pushing out hot air. That happened multiple time. Secondly we were in the third floor and the elevator broke right after we arrived. So upon departure we had to carry everything down the 3 staircases. I am not strong women so carrying ice chest and suitcases down stairs was not acceptable.

From the moment I made my reservation until the day I checked out, the staff was absolutely amazing! A special shoutout to Samantha, Felicia, Jeremy, and Vanessa for their outstanding hospitality. They were professional, welcoming, and always made us feel valued. Every time we needed assistance, they were happy to help and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them.
The room was spotless, smelled fresh and clean, and had beautiful upgrades. The views were stunning, the grounds were well maintained, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
Very nice location with beautiful views of the water and access to the beach. The hotel was recently renovated and looks really nice! With games like ping pong,cornhole , and pickle ball on the patio, along with various gas fire pits to enjoy. I have been coming here for the past 3 years with my family and it’s always a nice relaxing retreat.
