My receipt from Booking.com says the total for this stay was supposed to be $159.77 but when I got my credit card bill today I see I was charged $241.71 Please credit my bill with the differrence of $81.94

Yo llegué con mi familia a la media noche
El chavo tardo 20 minutos en poder atenderme por qué estuvo hablando por teléfono todo ese rato
Y yo sin poder acostar a mis niños
I was not @ the hotel for breakfast
First of all , I’m not happy with
The staff’s performance
The afternoon desk concierge
Was as accommodating as she could
Be telling me she was still learning English and from another country or something like that
When I checked in , to my room
Every thing was ok , as I expected
A little more, for 200.00
Dollar price, and booked weeks in advance

In the hospitality hotel industry

So apparently maybe when I checked in
I ask questions,
Although few were answered
I laid down for 1 hour in my room
And then it was time to meet my relatives I haven’t seen in 5 years
Also I drove from north Sacramento
120 miles in the worst traffic
Before I left my room
I went to the restroom and
Left the toilet seat up as I was in a hurry
When I came back the toilet seat and lid was down
And there was no card, or door hanger
Telling me that house keeping
Stopped by , nothing
And I began thinking
There was foul l play At hand
And I was really getting angry
And quiet, I called my sister
She was in the Hilton as a guest
She didn’t know what to say
After our reunion @ a Sunnyvale
Fine dining establishment
I walked over to the front desk
And this young girl
Running the desk
Couldn’t make eye contact
Couldn’t tell me a safe place to park for the night because the parking lot was overcrowded
And I know my character and personality
If you go and look at the video tape you will see
A well mannered man
With a normal face and understanding
That is what you will see
Of me so .
And my sisters and I left the hotel @5 pm aproxx and arrived back at the hotel approx
9pm , after speaking to the desk girl
I decided to check out because I felt uncomfortable
With all the aforementioned
I want my money back !!!!!!!

Wir waren während der WM in diesem Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel entsprach den Fotos und unseren Erwartungen. Besonders praktisch war für uns die gute Lage bzw. die Nähe zur Veranstaltung. Die Zimmer waren angenehm und die Betten sehr bequem. Insgesamt hat alles gut gepasst und wir würden das Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in San Jose weiterempfehlen.

The staff is really friendly!
Location
Facilities are run down; the ac broke in the middle of the night, shower tub is squeaky, floors are dirty, and need to be shampooed. Walls are thin; you can hear everything from the outside.
The Location is good and quiet.
Staff is very nice, gets what you need right away, pool was very relaxing and bed was very comfortable.
