I booked two rooms (244 & 249) in this hotel on 15th May 2026 to 20th May 2026, the hotel seems fine but they will steal your deposit amount of $100 as they did from us $200 for two rooms and promised us that it will be refunded within next 3 to 5 business days but its been more then 15 days now and we haven't received anything, we called them more than 4 times and all i got are excuses that they have released the deposit blah blah, i had a booking in san Francisco as well and right after 3 hours of our check out, they refunded/released the $100 deposit and we got it credited on our bank account. So, i wanted to let everyone know that this hotel seems shady so be careful before you book.

Very surprised to not have any glasses in the room, even plastic would have been ok.
They supplied microwave, fridge, iron and board. But not one glass to drink a glass of water from. We take vitamins and medications and had to use the small measuring cup for the iron to drink water to take out tablets

Very close to the airport. Lots of planes taking off over the top of the hotel. Fine if all you're there to do is sleep.
This hotel didn't confirm my reservation,even i paid in advance, It takes more than two hours to communicate with them,with booking dot com it waste too much time, Finally it have to be cancelled。
