Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well kept.

Cons:

Very close to the airport. Lots of planes taking off over the top of the hotel. Fine if all you're there to do is sleep.

This hotel didn't confirm my reservation,even i paid in advance, It takes more than two hours to communicate with them,with booking dot com it waste too much time, Finally it have to be cancelled。

Pros:

The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The airport pickup was a little tricky but great at tge same time. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to San Jose

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the airport sounds, but the facility can't help it. I was aware that I would have to deal with air traffic sounds when I stayed there.
