I wouldn’t change a thing. I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

Great location! Sufficient parking. Gorgeous pool/courtyard area. Friendly staff. Very clean. Large room. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic shower. Good breakfast. All around, a really enjoyable experience.

Could have been much better stay.....
Pros:

The location was great, right on Sunset Boulevard. The room was spacious and the pool area was great.

Cons:

(1) The cost of the room was ridiculous -- I feel hotels were raising prices just because they could. To pay $500 a night for a room here (initial price was $399, then include taxes and parking) -- I understand that the World Cup is going on, tons of graduations. But a hotel that usually prices rooms at $199 charges to charge $399 seems to be price gouging

(2) We were given a handicap accessible room, yet asked for a 2 Queen bed room. Not a huge deal, but I wasn't going to go complain to the front desk as it was after a long day of traveling.

(3) The bathroom in the handicap accessible room was quite slippery. Thank heavens I could manage -- I would just worry about anyone who isn't stable on their feet in that bathroom

(4) We were situated right near the exit and the exit door was kept open, which doesn't bode well for being "safe"

(5) The morning front desk clerk (we checked out at 5:45 am) did not ask how our stay was, never made eye contact -- just printed out the bill and gave us the receipt -- was just not very nice.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great hotel especially the friendly staff like Albert. I hope to stay there again even though the breakfast is basic. Everything else more than compensates! Thank you!

Amazing stay honestly.
Pros:

Location was amazing. Room was super clean. And the pool was nice as well. Parking was also very reasonable priced.

Cons:

Elevator seemed old and slow. Breakfast didn’t have a lot of options.

Pros:

La pileta divina. El desayuno bien, norteamericano. La gente en recepción super amable y rápida para hacer el checking. La habitación super cómoda, con mesa, sillas, micro, cafetera. Las camas super cómodas.

Cons:

Es raro llegar. Difícil estacionar por el ingreso general ya que es una calle muy transitada. La cochera esta a la vuelta del hotel. Se llega bien y super cómodo.

We went for a graduation party and decided to stay here. Property was clean so were the rooms. Quiet peaceful.
Pros:

The property was beautiful, but we had a hard time with the parking. It depends on the size of your car. If you have a large vehicle then you wouldn’t be able to really park after 10:30pm most of the parking space was taken and the larger cars would be so big took over two parking space.

It was unfortable and hot! I will definitely think twice when chooses best westerns again for a birthday trip.
Pros:

The location and hotel over is nice and clean however they need to update/fix broken air conditioning in rooms.

Cons:

The room was really nice but was a big disappointment due to the air conditioning not working. Made several complaints to the staff but there was nothing they could do due to no other rooms being available. Had to leave the sliding door open the whole night and get bit up my mosquitoes to make the room cooler. The only compensation that could be provided was my parking to be refunded. The stay here definitely ruined my birthday trip.

I recommend this hotel, great location and an exciting start to see the city.
Pros:

I really liked the room. It was very comfortable, clean and had a great view of the pool, courtyard. I liked the central location, Two really good restaurants were located withing walking distance. This allowed to enjoy a drink without requiring an uber or taxi. The hotel overlooks Los Angeles and gave me a really cool vibe staying in West Hollywood on the Sunset Blvd. I used a Hop on-Hop off Bus to see the various sites. The bus also stops very close to the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was a minimal continental breakfast with no real attention to detail. I was so impressed with the building and location, I expected a little more from the breakfast bar. While I was impressed with a few site seeing locations near the hotel, a couple were disappointing. I expected a little bit of glamour on the nearby Hollywood Blvd. I found none.
