14 year old son loved it, the pool, easy atmosphere, helpful staff.
Carlos was very helpful when we were looking to stay another night, arranged a room at short notice even when online it was booed out. All of the staff we interacted with made our stay pleasant

All was good. Dont have any complaints, felt it was very good value for money

Pros:

Great location, rooms lovely and clean although a bit dark as room faced a wall,
Breakfast was disappointing as not much choice but was ok and could always find something g to eat.
Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if I ever return to LA
