Not the best Hilton experience.
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice and the room was comfortable. The porch view of the ocean was nice, provided there was not a lot of traffic, since the view was across a roadway. The pool was enjoyable and the Tiki bar was nice to get a soda or drink while at the pool or just wanting to relax.

Room refresh services were not performed as described at check-in. You were not able to put anything on the coffee table in the room as it was so shaky at even the slightest touch, I was afraid it would break. Your choice of seating in the room was either the desk chair or the sofa/chaise. A separate chair would have been nice.

The breakfast area was very small and the one time we went to have breakfast there, it was very dirty with food spills and dirty plates at both the food counter and the tables and no napkins were available. As someone who can only have decaf coffee, I was surprised there was none available.

הזמנו עם ארוחת בוקר אחרי שהגענו נאמר שאין ארוחות בוקר במקום הביאו לנו שובר לקוקטייל (אין לי מה לעשות עם זה כשבאים עם ילדים) , בנוסף הריהוט היה בחלקו שבור , מזגן נמצא לך על המיטה אין אפשרות לישון במיטה , לא יכולנו להישאר במלון השירות אחרי שרצינו לבטל היה זוועה וגבו לנו מחיר מלא, המנהל מדבר לא יפה ואפילו לא מגיב או עונה להודעות , לא מומלץ בכלל , לא להתקרב למלון , עברנו למלון אחר באותו איזור נהנינו מאוד , אך במלון הזה לא להתקרב!!!

Cons:

שירות לא נעים שלחו ביטחון לבדוק שלא שברנו דברים , מנהל מתייחס לא נעים , פקידת קבלה מגלגלת עיניים , שילמנו על ארוחת בוקר שלא הייתה , לא מומלץ בכלל !!!! התמונות לא משקפות את המציאות !!!

Die Hotelanlage, die Zimmer sowie der Service waren einfach wunderschön und perfekt. Wir haben eine unvergessliche Zeit auf den Keys verbracht.

Great Views, Perfectly Situated, Clean Rooms
Pros:

This hotel is located at the beginning of Key West right across from beautiful ocean views. We were impressed by the complimentary breakfast every morning, but sometimes difficult to get seats! The shuttle to downtown is convenient! The CheekieHut is also a convenient place to get drinks and food! The rooms were very spacious and much cleaner and cozier than we expected. Balconies were a great size as well. The property is nice enough to walk around if you don’t want to leave. Overall we loved our stay.

Cons:

I didn’t realize it was directly next to the airport so being outside with planes taking off could be a downside for those with tiny children (we traveled with a 6 week old)

Duży pokój z tarasem, parking przy samym pokoju. Świetny basen oraz drink bar. Jedzenie na basenie również było świetne. Duży plus za bus hotelowy.

Chambres spacieuses et propres - très bon hôtel
Pros:

Possibilité d’aller en ville à 30 minutes à pieds - Navette disponible à partir de l’hôtel ou location de vélo.

Cons:

Pour ceux qui aiment prendre de bons petits déjeuner, celui qui est proposé est plutôt limité au vu du standing de l’hôtel - (oui je suis Français 😅)

Idéal pour une ou 2 nuits à Key West
Pros:

Le cadre , la navette gratuite pour le centre ville de Key West , la disponibilité des bouteilles d’eaux , la vue des chambre , la piscine .

Cons:

חדר גדול ומרווח, מיטות נוחות.

Cons:

חדר חשוך , זרם חלש באמבטיה, יש קצת ריח של ביוב בשטח המלון מהנחל המקיף אותו.
בארוחת הבוקר רק 7 שולחנות בפנים , לא תואם את כמות האורחים במלון. נאלצנו לחכות לשולחן כל יום כ 10 דקות. לא אפשרי לשבת בחוץ כי מסתובבות שם אנפות גדולות ואגרסיביות שחוטפות אוכל מהשולחנות.
ארוחת בוקר דלה.
חניה בתשלום.

Alles perfekt
Pros:

Wunderschön, tolles Personal, tolle Zimmer und sehr schöner Pool

Cons:

Konnten durch ein Software-Problem erst abends in die Zimmer, jedoch wurden wir wirklich toll vom Team betreut
