No funcionaba ningún ascensor. Nos dieron habitación en segunda planta y con las maletas se complicó. Además nos cobraron un extra ya que tenían las habitaciones que habíamos reservado, sólo disponibles para quienes reserven por su cadena de hoteles. No responden a Booking

El best Western en Naples, muy buena ubicación, a 15 cuadras de la playa, me gustaría que vuelva el servicio que brindaba el hotel, trasladando a la playa, con reposeras y sombrilla.
Siempre vuelvo al mismo lugar!! Muy pintoresco y relajante
