Beautiful landscapes and definitely different, not ordinary hotels with the same look and feel.
Pros:

A bit old considering built back in 1960's, but it's well maintained, and facility is big and has beautiful landscapes with gardens and ponds with fish, etc. Definitely not one of those same boxy hotels. Complimentary breakfast by the pool is pretty good and has a good vibe, not any fancy menu items, but tasted good with good quality food.
We had a queen suites, and it was very roomy and practical with multi sinks, big closets, multi mirrors, porch with chairs connected to the pool, etc. again not fancy because of its age, but practical and comfort.
Location is awesome, close to everywhere if you want to experience Naples.

Cons:

Time for new mattresses, collapsed at certain spots.

A Hospitality Professional’s Disappointing Experience
Pros:

The breakfast staff kept yelling at us because I was trying to pick a clean spoon. The breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Our check-in experience was extremely disappointing, especially because I was traveling with a baby who was asleep in my arms when we arrived.

At check-in, the staff member asked to see the card I had used to book the room. I explained that I had used a virtual card for security purposes, so the card number would not match the number on my physical card. I showed him my physical card and clearly explained the situation, but he continued repeatedly questioning me about the card rather than trying to resolve the issue efficiently. During this unnecessary delay, my child woke up and began screaming because she was scared and upset. Instead of recognizing the situation and making an effort to complete the check-in quickly, the questioning continued.

The service did not improve after check-in. We were not provided with a map or clear directions to our room. We were simply told that we could walk there, only to discover that our room was located in a completely different building and quite a distance away. This was particularly inconvenient while carrying a baby and dealing with luggage.

What made this even more frustrating was that the hotel appeared to be far from full. There were fewer than a handful of cars in the parking area, so it certainly appeared that occupancy was very low. While I cannot know which rooms were actually available, it seems reasonable that the staff could at least have checked whether a room in a closer building was available, particularly after seeing that we were traveling with a baby. Instead, no alternative, closer room, or possible upgrade was offered. It felt like there was simply no effort to make our stay easier or more comfortable.

The room itself was also disappointing. It did not have the comfortable sofa that had been advertised, so the room did not fully match our expectations based on the listing.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal sobre todo la señora que prepara el desayuno

Los horarios de check in check out.
Llegue unas horas antes y tenían la habitación disponible igual tuve que pagar early check in para ingresar. Sería bueno que cuanten con una sombrilla para los que van a la playa. Ya que te llevan pero no hay una sombra en la playa que te dejan

Great stay
Pros:

We had a very good stay here. The breakfast was pretty good, the staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable. The pool was really nice, and the location was convenient, about 5 minutes from Lowdermilk Beach and around 10 minutes from 5th Avenue.

The parking was excellent, especially if you're staying on the ground floor, as you can park right in front of your room. Having a microwave and hot water available 24/7 at the pool tiki bar was also a great plus.

The free shuttle to the beach was a great service and definitely added value to our stay.

Cons:

There aren't many shuttle options: it goes to the beach at 9 AM, 12 PM, and 3 PM, and the return trips are only at 12 PM and 3 PM. Having a few more options throughout the day would make this service even better.

Buena localizacion.
Pros:

el tamaño del apartamento esta bien para 3 personas.

Cons:

La reposicion de los jabones y shampoo deberia ser a diario. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones es muy justo. Las alfombras y el mobiliario podrian ser mas nuevos, lo hacer parecer sucio. la localizacion del hotel es lo mejor que tiene.
