Immer wieder gern !
Pros:

Da es unser 5 Aufenthalt dort war, die Lage, die Anlage als solches mit dem Palmengarten.

Cons:

Trotz renovierter Zimmer, waren die Matratzen tatsächlich schon etwas durchgelegen und die gesamte Anlage hat in meinen Augen mal ein kleines Make Over nötig.

I would say overall, it was a good place to stay and quiet.
Pros:

The location is good and the apartment style rooms are excellent for families.

Cons:

The property or room that we stayed in could use a remodel even though it was clean. The kitchen and bedrooms were great. Living room furniture was dated and torn.

Cons:

hace años que vengo a este este hotel,pero hace 2 años que vemos que esta desmejorando ,a la habitacion le secaron la mesa ,las 2 sillas,el microondas,la caja de seguridad,el lavabo para el baño esta junto con la cafetera,no hay suficientes enchufes.
No se le puede negar a un huesped una mesa y una silla para sentarse,tampoco una caja de seguridad y menos un microodas,son elementos basicos.
Durante nuestra estadia escuche un rumor que van a sacar los jacuzzi.
Sres no lo hagan,es el atractivo del hotel.
La piscina al lado del lobby estaba muy sucia,yo personalmente saque un bollo de pelos y tambien muy turbia y el jacuzzi no funcionaba,la 2da piscina y el jacuzzi estaba bie.
Que pena que no le presten atencion a estos detalles que son muy importantes para el huesped.
Tambien me dedico a rentar vacacional (Airbnb) y se lo que el huesped necesita para su estancia.
Espero que tomen en cuenta mis comentarios que tambien ya los he dejado en el ultimo viaje.

Excelente ubicación habitaciones limpias y cómodas personal de housekeeping super agradables en general las instalaciones estan bien conservadas volvería a ir

Cons:

Debes llegar antes de las 11:00 pm porque el looby lo cierran a esa hora espere como 1/2 hora para poder comunicarme por telefono a un número máster y que me atendiera el personal

Okay but wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

I liked that the property was in a good, central location.

Cons:

This property is a little old and the room was not the cleanest. At one point, we asked a housekeeper to clean after the first night and she simply asked “Is it really dirty?” and walked away.

Amazing but lots of bug bites

We very enjoyed all the stuff had ready in the room the breakfast was amazing and staff was absolutely lovely especially Tina !

Cons:

When me and my family went to eat by the pool we got bit so many times like we have at least 9 bites each .
