Even with the newly renovated room it was not clean - there was crumbs on the floor. There was no table or desk to put luggage or food. There was no place to hang clothes. The coffee maker cups and ice bucket were under the sink - right next to the TOILET! DISGUSTING! Who would even want to use them so close to a toilet!
It would have been disappointing if I'd spent what I would have spent at a motel 6- but I spent way to much to be this disappointed.
Cerca de las areas de compras
No tenia mesa ni mueble donde poner las cosas y las mesitas de las lamparas estaban muy chiquitas no podía poner nada uno ai.
Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Totally quiet all night in spite of its location to freeway.
Could use more green grass for pet areas.
I have never stayed in this bad of a hotel in the US and hope to never again stay in anything similar to it.
Clean and comfortable
The hotel is in the middle of a big remodel. The room had a bed, a refrigerator and a microwave on the refrigerator. The lamps were on a small side table with bare bulb lamps. Poor internet service and TV amenities.
Personnel were pleasant.
Very worn. Mattress hard & uncomfortable. Inflated price.
Very close to I-5 so that was good. 5 minute drive to several restaurants and a mall. Typical hotel breakfast.
The rooms were extremely small for a 2 queen room especially compared to similar rooms that I have stayed at in the past. The hotel itself is really showing its age and our room had numerous visual issues that exemplified this issue. The light/fan fixture in our bathroom looked like it didn't belong as it was barely hanging onto the ceiling. The shower head had a very unique plumbing. Biggest issue is the size of the room. For what we paid, the value is just not there. I've paid less per a night and had a much bigger and nicer room.
Nice front desk person. Breakfast was ok.
Our room and the hallway smelt like paint. No table or desk in room. No updated plugs for phones and laptops.

Dear Alaina Harrison (or current hotel GM),
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience at your hotel on the evening of June 24, 2026. Delta Stays Itinerary # 73481562014486
My wife and I had spent an entire day traveling home from Hawaii. After flying into Portland, we drove approximately two and a half hours to Springfield on our way home. Unfortunately, we were unable to access our home that evening, so we booked a room at your hotel through American Express Travel using my Delta SkyMiles points.
We arrived at your hotel shortly after midnight, exhausted after a full day of travel, only to be informed that we would not be allowed to check in because the address on my driver’s license was within 30 miles of the hotel.
I found this policy to be both unreasonable and insensitive to our circumstances. We had a valid, prepaid reservation and were legitimate travelers simply needing a place to sleep after an exceptionally long day. Instead, we were turned away in the middle of the night with nowhere to stay.
If your hotel has a local resident policy, it should be clearly disclosed during the reservation process so guests can make other arrangements before arriving. At no point during the booking process through American Express Travel was I informed that our reservation could be denied based solely on our home address.
To make matters worse, because the reservation had been booked using Delta SkyMiles points through American Express Travel, it was considered non-refundable. I was forced to spend a significant amount of additional time on the phone with customer service to explain the situation and request an exception so the reservation could be refunded. This unnecessary burden was the direct result of a reservation being accepted even though your hotel ultimately refused to honor it.
This experience caused significant inconvenience, unnecessary stress, and frustration at a time when we were already physically exhausted from our travels.
I respectfully request:
• An explanation of why our prepaid reservation was accepted if we were ineligible to stay.
• Confirmation of whether this policy is consistently applied.
• Consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, hardship, and additional time required to resolve a problem that should never have occurred.
I have generally found Quality Inn properties to provide dependable accommodations, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I hope you will review this situation and consider making changes to ensure future guests are clearly informed of this policy before they arrive, or that reservations are declined during the booking process rather than after guests arrive at the hotel.
I look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Frank Vaughan

The staff was extremely accommodating
Hotel needs a complete make over. It’s hard to be happy to stay at a property when you’re paying $ 300 a night when the hotel is rundown and you’re looking at rust everywhere and things falling apart.
Over all the stay was pleasant
I liked how clean everything is. And the hot breakfast was exceptional. Thankyou
The room (301) did not have a place to hang shirts. Or a table to set things on.
