Very dirty and stained chairs in room. Toilet not properly fitted to the floor.
Front desk staff woman was very nice to me. I only saw her at check in.
The bathrooms were bright and the ac was nice and cold. I wanted to jump in the pool, but didn't have time. It looked awesome on that 100 degree day.
There was a bit of construction going on. The breakfast was lackluster.
The room was newly renovated everything was fresh and clean and the sleeping was on a very comfortable king size bed. It was a quiet room and a great location for where we were going.
Some things were under renovation still and were not available
The room was clean, but lacked a nightstand, a dresser, and a closet. There were no chairs to sit on in the lobby to wait for my room to be ready. The hotel is under remodel, but if they are taking away the furniture in all the rooms, I will find a new place to stay on my next trip.
The overall hotel was decent however there is a problem with bugs as I was bit many times after just a short one night stay.

The rooms were clean, however very uncomfortable. The couch was low and stiff. Hard to get up. The lighting in the kitchenette was very dim. There were not enough electrical outlets for charging phones, etc. There were two nightstands in the bedroom with lamps. One wouldn't turn on because it was unplugged. There wasn't any electrical outlet to use.
The hotel had construction going on which was very loud. The breakfast area was disassembled and people had to go to the third floor to eat. It was unorganized and we were told the waffle maker wasn't working because it would short circuit.
It was a very unpleasant and expensive stay.

The room air choked us up, coughed all night, could not sleep at all. Airconditioner didn't work but made the choking worse. room for 2 but just one chair. no dresser, or counter for clothing and other things. Very hot with no A/C. You website said free toilet paper. That was true! Thanks.

Even with the newly renovated room it was not clean - there was crumbs on the floor. There was no table or desk to put luggage or food. There was no place to hang clothes. The coffee maker cups and ice bucket were under the sink - right next to the TOILET! DISGUSTING! Who would even want to use them so close to a toilet!
It would have been disappointing if I'd spent what I would have spent at a motel 6- but I spent way to much to be this disappointed.

Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Totally quiet all night in spite of its location to freeway.
Could use more green grass for pet areas.
I have never stayed in this bad of a hotel in the US and hope to never again stay in anything similar to it.
