Still a good stay
Pros:

Good location, great value and very friendly staff. They did have some construction going on because of water leaks. But it didn't affect me much since i was at work during the day. And the time i was there while the water was off they did call and let me know as soon as it got turned back on.

Reconfortante experiencia sobretodo cuando es la primera vez. Y no sabes que te vas a acontar .
Pros:

Muy tranquilo. El lugar. Muy buena ubicación tiendas y todo lo necesario para una estancia breve en el lugar los servicios todo bien. El aire ácido diciendo bien. El agua caliente bien .. todo funcionaba muy bien en la habitación

Cons:

Creo que podria tener un poco mas de seguridad por dentro los cuarzos.. doble seguro. Sobretodo tambien en las puertas continuas a los cuartos.. solo tienen los candados básicos

Pros:

Location in proximity to festival

Cons:

Rooms were ok but couch was filthy and bedding had stains. Homeless were sitting on the back stairs with all their stuff and dogs under the stairs. I felt very unsafe. I had an incident with someone following me and no help from the manager/owner with it. The lobby had boxes everywhere and no coffee or breakfast in the morning. It was during the festival and it felt very unwelcoming. I stayed at this place years ago for a weding at the Grand Tradions and it has gone downhill ever since. Very unsafe place to stay.

Cons:

There was animal vomit still on the floor of our room.
My step daughter sat in the seat and the desk and was poked by a screw that was coming up through the street. The staff was Indian like most hotels now and the front desk lady was friendly. The only thing positive was the price.
