Great stay
Pros:

Easy access, clean, comfortable, just as described in their promo! Wonderful choice for the evening

Cons:

Liked everything. Frustrated with the tv in the main room ...couldn't,'t access regular channels (wanted to watch the world series!). When we realized there was a tv in the bedroom and we turned it on the channel we were looking for was right there. The game was almost over!!!

Given the short notice of a place for lodging, this hotel meet all of our needs. We enjoyed staying
Pros:

The entire stay was magnificen. We enjoyed the morning breakfast. The cranberry juice was very good.
Free parking was a plus!

Cons:

We have no complaints about the hotel or staff.

fake wood over old carpet probably source of VERY strong mildew smell in room. ac extremely loud. check in slow. first impression was strong marijuana smell. bed was very uncomfortable.

Great price, great stay!
Pros:

Wonderfully friendly staff. They were all, each one of them, very friendly, very accommodating. Every time I'm in Asheville this is where I will stay.

Cons:

Literally there was nothing not to like for me. Quiet, comfortable and friendly. Maybe the breakfast a little light in certain areas.... No bacon for instance... I don't know if that was each morning or not, but that's not enough for me not to give this place 10's. Waffles were great, sausage, biscuits and gravy were perfect... Nothing not to like honestly... I guess the parking is a little tight. Not tons of parking space.... But that didn't affect me at all.

Pros:

The hotel was clean with a welcoming lobby space. Fine for a night or two.

Cons:

There was not enough parking. My husband and I returned from a wedding in the evening and there were no open spots in the parking lot. Literally, not a single one. We had to park along the curb. There was another family arriving behind me, and they also had nowhere to park. There's no public parking anywhere near the hotel and a major highway immediately in front of the hotel, so if the lot is full, I suppose you'd have to park at the outlets across the street (?). If the hotel doesn't have enough spots to accommodate everyone they book, then they need to book fewer guests.
