Not bad to stay for few days.
Pros:

Entering to the building is not easy, it is narrow entrance and some time you pass the entrance and make U turn get in the property.

Weekend getaway to Biltmore
Pros:

The facility was nice as were the staff. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. The hotel is only about 12-15 from Biltmore. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
