La colazione non è a buffet, manca l'ascensore e la mia camera aveva la finestra con davanti un muro!
I definitely recommend staying here! The Clocktower Inn is one of the most pristine hotels I have ever stayed at and I stay in hotels nearly half of the year. It is extremely clean, the beds are awesome and the staff is extremely friendly. It's also so nice to be close to so many bars, restaurants and nightlife. However, one thing to keep in mind is that the parking is a little tight for a full size SUV, pickup, trailer, etc.
Central location, nice King size bed in unit we booked. A very good breakfast included.
Location
All good
Staff was very nice and helpful. Great shuttle service, great location and room was very clean.
Looked about the same, but not the same. Worst mattress I had to deal with in at least 5 maybe 10 years. When sat on it completely compressed. I could feel all the springs, like those places that had their franchise pulled. Also If I remember correctly the original part had in room microwaves. This has a ONE microwave by the ice machine it can be 20 below in Billings in the winter. I don't get how this is a "plus" facility. Other than those two things it was decent.
2 people working in the cafe for breakfast. Is advertised as best in billings . A 30 min wait to be seated , @ 30 people also waiting but only 3-4 tables actually in use
Staff was exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful!
It was great to have the pool to pass some spare time and the cafe was awesome.

Clean comfortable room
Free breakfast to order was advertised. Unfortunately they were incredibly busy and got several orders mixed up.
The number of pillows on the bed
Room was smelly and cold. Breakfast didn't happen because we were ignored by the staff for 20 minutes while we waited in line so we left, along with two other people. There wasn't wi-fi, I guess, or you have to pay for it, either way, I haven't stayed at a hotel or motel that didn't have FREE wi-fi for over 20 years--especially with the crappy rooms and high price. The staff at the front desk is never very friendly in all my times visiting, they seem rude and dismissive. There is a serious safety concern when we stay on the first level. The parking spaces are STUPID small, even for a compact car. The free breakfast that is offered is so small and pathetic that it's not worth the walk from the room to the restaurant. The service alone is a reason not to go back. This used to be my family's go-to place when we drive up from Wyoming or fly in to visit, but our last several visits have been nothing short of disgusting, disappointing, and very not worth the money. We'd much rather stay pretty much anywhere else at this point because this place just gets worse and worse and worse. Do better. It's really not that hard.
Great location - close to downtown activities.
Great place, good peoples and convenient located. Onsite restaurant is a must.
