Pros:

Staff are very nice and responsive.
newly refurbished rooms are much better. new TV, sofa, fridge, microwave.
Rooms are clean and dust free

Cons:

the newly refurbished rooms still have some maintenance issues, like the shower door needs fixing.
overall, rooms need a major makeover as well as the outdoor areas and just painting the buildings would make a huge difference.
