Gesundheitsgefährdend durch Schimmel und wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Dass die Rezeption 24h besetzt war und die fußläufige Entfernung zum Hbf. Ansonsten nichts.

Cons:

Da der Safe in unserem Zimmer defekt war, haben wir ein anderes bekommen. Dort war allerdings schwarzer SCHIMMEL an der Wand!! Von den 4 Lampen haben nur zwei funktioniert, manche waren mit einer Art Bauschaum verklebt und sind immer wieder ausgegangen.
Die Sauberkeit hat sehr zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Besonders eklig fanden wir ein benutztes Taschentuch, welches zwischen den beiden Matratzen steckte und auch nach der Zimmerreinigung noch dort war. Generell sind die Matratzen beim Schlafen immer auseinander gerutscht, was eher ungemütlich war.
Im Badezimmer fehlte im Waschbecken der Abflussstopfen, wodurch uns beim Zähneputzen ein fieser Geruch entgegenkam.
Insgesamt befand sich das Zimmer in keinem besonders guten Zustand - die Türverkleidung hing teilweise runter oder fehlte, die Halterung der Duschbrause war defekt und der Teppich im Zimmer wirkte schmuddelig.
Außerhalb des Zimmers ist uns ein loses Notausgangsschild aufgefallen, das an der Tür hinter ein Bild geklemmt war, dazu eine nicht markierte Stolperfalle in Form einer Stufe mit Metallschiene. Beides ist nicht sicherheitskonform und absolut nicht vertrauenserweckend, was einen Notfall angeht. Wären wir länger als 2 Nächte geblieben, hätten wir uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht - wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung, aber das Hotel braucht simple Renovierungen.

Es war günstig und gut gelegen.

Cons:

Morgens um 6 kamen Partygäste nach Hause und waren sehr laut und haben uns geweckt. Die Wände waren dreckig. Im Bad war etwas Schimmel. Es gab keinen Fernseher. Eine Steckdose war ohne Abdeckung. Auf dem Teppichboden waren Flecken. Auf dem Bett waren einige wenige Haare. Unter dem Bettlaken auf der Matratze war ein dunkler Fleck. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

Kein Frühstück, obwohl in Beschreibung booking.com erwähnt. Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen! Wunsch um ein ruhiges Zimmer wurde nicht entsprochen.

Pros:

My valuable gold necklace was stolen from my bag in the room. The hotel sent a message saying they were very sorry and would investigate, but never contacted me again. I was very upset about what happened and initially gave the hotel a chance, hoping they would find a solution, but there has been no communication whatsoever. Therefore, I have filed a complaint with the police. Also, there were small bloodstains on the walls; the room was quite dirty, and we found two bedbugs. Even these things didn't bother me, but the theft is truly unacceptable. They have ruined my vacation.

Locație ok, cameră ok. Personal de curățenie ok. Și un recepționer ok. Unul. As fi dorit să spun mai multe lucruri bune, dar hotelul are să îmi returneze banii pentru micul dejun și se face că plouă.

Cons:

Am plătit micul dejun pentru 7 zile la recepția hotelului. . Serviciu sub orice critică în prima zi, cu un restaurant aflat la parterul hotelului. În celelalte zile, restaurantul a fost închis la micul dejun. Nu am reușit să îmi primesc banii plătiți nici la hotel, nici la 60 de zile de la finalul sejurului, deși am solicitat returnarea banilor la hotel, pe mesageria booking și telefonic, în repetate rânduri . Pot înțelege lipsa de clienți a hotelului și disperarea de a face încasări cu orice pret, dar să nu oferi un serviciu și nici să returnezi banii, foarte jos...

Ilmalämpöpumppu toimi, muuten olisi ollut aika tukalan kuuma.

Onhan tuo hieman vanha hotelli. Mutta pikku korjauksia tarvittiin heti ekana päivänä. Aamupalaa ei ollutkaan ainakaan ensimmäisenä aamuna, mikä selvisi vasta kyseisen aamun aikana.
