Pros:

Clean and very friendly helpful staff. Loved the staircase and old feel w a modern twist

Cons:

Paying $30 extra for parking. Seems quite spendy per day when everything is alacarte

cleaning service ! always on time
great location!!!! it couldn't be better!

Cons:

we checked in on August 24 around 11 pm . maybe it was too late, but we felt absolutely unwelcome from a girl who was assisting us ( like, monotonous speech, eyes on the screen... I don't know, maybe we are just too demanding). Even thought, after that we didn't even want to try a restaurant or any other service, first impression- last impression.

Pros:

Location is great. Parking staff is extremely efficient and friendly

Cons:

I paid extra for a view which I assumed meant a capital or lake view …. In reality it was view of a loud bar.

On check in the staff seemed untrained and confused.

Staff at check-in weren’t unfriendly but they certainly weren’t friendly
