Fine tuning in order.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate and variety provided was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage and cinamon pastry needed warming. Staff were responsive and cordial.
Desk staff for reception and departure were cordial and helpful .

Cons:

Summertime bedding is too warm. Sheet, quilt layer and a blanket topper are excessive. I removed the quilt mid sleep.
The exterior door in room 132 is not square with the frame leaving gaps. From an energy conservation standpoint, there needs to be gap insulation!

It was wonderful, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome for a continental! Pool was clean and stocked with towels. Perfect location to walk around downtown.

Cons:

More space for breakfast would be preferable. Not enough tables to sit down.

We always choose the Coral Hills Best Western. We have been coming for years and will continue!
Pros:

Wonderful bed mattress! Beautiful room and pools. Wonderful breakfast and very friendly and helpful breakfast staff!

I would have never stayed here had I known it was like a Motel. It was clean, but not what we usually stay at. The room

I didn’t realize this property was a MOTEL style - all outdoors. It doesn’t specify this when choosing. No elevators, only stairs on the end of each building. It was too late for me to cancel or I would have. The check in lobby was so outdated and old.
