Clean and nice area. Just not welcoming to African people. Honestly. But maybe the area isn’t use to seeing African peop

Location was nice. 9/10

Cons:

The employees didn’t seem to car for colored people but I guess they may not be use to it. The vibe in general was off by the front desk but a few of the other employees were cool. Majority of the guests at the pool were welcoming to me and my family.

Not Smoke Free
Pros:

I'm a frequent BW customer...probably 20 nights a year. This one has one flaw; smoking. The rooms are smoke free but the big BUT is they let people smoke right outside their rooms which can make it 5 feet from your room. I won't stay at this one again

How hotels should be operated.
Pros:

I just wrote a review on another hotel I stayed at a few days ago and I'd just like to say if all hotels operated like the Coral Hills in St. George, Ut, travelers would probably be much happier.
From the check, where I was warmly welcomed, throughout my entire stay, the experience was stellar. Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and everything I touched worked!
