My 8yr old son said best hotel ever because of how comfortable the beds were
The best part for me and my wife was the breakfast
Waffles, cereal,cheese omelet,biscuits and gravy, smoked sausage,oatmeal and yogurt the food was hot the milk was cold and I ate until I was full
I stayed in a 450$ room at the Hampton and you guys blew them out of the water all the way across the board will for sure be staying with you again

The staff was very friendly the pool was clean the location to sea world amazing. The room mold in bathroom tub walls smelly room smells of mold we had to make due so we stayed gone all day so we didn't have to smell the mold not good if your like me have problems breathing especially when there mold i will never stay there again.

I booked and paid for a six-night stay. The hotel itself was acceptable, but the manager’s rude and unnecessarily hostile behavior made the experience very disappointing.
Because I developed food poisoning, which I am not blaming on the hotel, I needed to leave one day early. I politely asked the front desk whether it might be possible to receive a refund for the final unused night. I made it clear that I understood if the answer was no. Instead of simply explaining the policy, the manager began shouting from the back office, saying that a refund would never happen and that it was ridiculous for me to even ask. She also became angry with the front-desk employee for speaking to her about my request. I did not argue and simply replied, “Okay.” There was no reason for a manager to react so aggressively to a polite question.
We were also told upon arrival that, because we were staying several nights, we would not receive regular housekeeping. We could request clean towels, but the room would not be cleaned. This was especially disappointing because we paid the same nightly rate as shorter-term guests. The room and common areas were not filthy, but they were not maintained as well as expected.
The complimentary breakfast was basic and generic, which is fairly normal for this type of hotel. However, Fox News was played loudly and continuously in the dining area every morning. Guests should be able to eat breakfast without being subjected to political programming. Neutral television content—or no television at all—would be more appropriate.
Overall, the hotel was adequate, but the poor customer service, lack of housekeeping, average cleanliness, and uncomfortable breakfast environment mean I would not choose to stay here again.
