Staff were friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was really good.
I didn't like that there was no elevator to the particular room style I booked so hauling up luggage was a bit of a hassle for me after a 12 hour flight and hour drive to the hotel. My bad for not checking, I just assumed.
The room was excellent, clean and well stocked with clean towels. Nice big closet. My vehicle was safe overnight since there were no damages or anything missing during my 2 night stay. The location was also great since it was close to the freeway and nearby restaurants and gas stations. Overall very good experience and I shall return.
I stayed at the first floor near the food area, elevator and laundry room. Very active area where most of the guests walks and passes. A bit noisy since the window was not so far from the bed and you can hear people talking or laughing loudly especially when they passed by late at night.
Filthy, filthy, filthy. Cockroach, hairs, dried booger, old food and spills of unknown fluids. Structural sounds from anyone walking in the room above woke us up at all hours of the night. Had to kick the lobby bathroom door closed in order use it.
