Very helpful staff and comfortablle, clean rooms
Hot tub not working
Your hotel diner is not environmentally friendly . Paper plates, cups, plastic. Give someone a job washing dishes
Beds were very confy
They did not clean our room, left for the day and came back to a dirty room not very nice for the price
Location to airport & Light Rail. Breakfast is delicious, friendly staff & room was clean
Having the hotel provide free shuttle pick-up from the airport was a huge boon, as we were going on a cruise and did not want to rent a car.

Staff at breakfast very unfriendly and did not once smile. I witnessed one staff answer a child’s simple question very rudely. Otherwise pretty much ignored customers even when they were greated by a visitor’s “good morning”. Reception staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.
