The location was great!!! The price was affordable.
The stairs with no available elevator. We weren’t checked out and someone came in our room. It was a male and made us feel really uncomfortable.
Convenient location, clean, nice pool area, breakfast was solid.
Not much...maybe cracking down on the non-smoking areas a bit more, but it was very minor.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and tidy, the swimming pool is great, and the hot jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The breakfast is good, although it is more of an American-style breakfast, so don’t expect a huge variety.
The main area that needs improvement is customer service. A smile and a welcoming attitude make a big difference, especially when guests are paying for their stay. Unfortunately, some staff members came across as unfriendly.
I also experienced a billing issue and was charged twice. Thankfully, I noticed it through my bank, but I recommend that guests carefully check their payment before leaving.
Another disappointment was that I booked a room with a pool view but was initially given a different room. When I spoke to reception, I was told I could have the correct room, but it would be much farther away and on a higher floor. It felt as though I was being discouraged from asking for what I had originally booked, rather than being helped.
The facilities are very good, but the customer service needs improvement. With a friendlier, more customer-focused team, this hotel would be an easy recommendation. I hope the management takes this feedback on board, as it would encourage more guests to return.

The location was great it was walking distance to a lot of places! Breakfast was really good and staff was wonderful! Definitely recommend!
