The hotel was in a nice general area and was convenient to get to. The staff were super nice, I thought I left an item in my room after checkout and front desk immediately had house keeping look
The rooms are a bit dated. The AC in our room was a bit crusty. Me and my friend both had a cough and felt sick in our room

Der Wasserdruck der Brause in der Dusche lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber das ist ja fast Standart in den USA

It was clean, relaxing , located next to many shops and restaurants. The patio was nicely landscaped —it felt like a tropical getaway.
Check in/out hours. And hours of pool/patio usage during hot summers. It’s unrealistic—especially on weekends or when people are on vacation. It’s not a school/work night. Remember if we are not outside we are in our cramped rooms. We were supposed to have a patio view but got a parking lot view. I felt like we had no privacy. So you can see why pool/ patio hours seemed oppressive.
Good Location and the pool was nice.
Terrible customer service. The sewer system backed up into the room during our stay, flooding the bathroom. Front desk took forever to get a maintenance person to come. Manager was not onsite for the whole weekend, so they didn’t offer us any kind of partial refund or credit for our room being flooded. Also put us in an exterior room after we paid for pool view and nobody ever responded to my messages on booking.com about it. Front desk claimed they couldn’t help if you book through a 3rd party like booking. Absolute disaster of a stay.
Good and clean location. Nice pool, good Breakfast. Anthony is a great guy, who was very Friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the popcorn and cookies! Thanks again Anthony!

The location was great!!! The price was affordable.
The stairs with no available elevator. We weren’t checked out and someone came in our room. It was a male and made us feel really uncomfortable.
Convenient location, clean, nice pool area, breakfast was solid.
Not much...maybe cracking down on the non-smoking areas a bit more, but it was very minor.
