Pros:

The front desk personnel were very helpful in getting a repairman in and then found us a different room because the toilet could not be properly fixed.

Cons:

The hot tub jets were not working.

Nice place- bring your own towels to swim
Pros:

It is in a beautiful area, the grounds are well kept, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection.
The outdoor pool was very nice.

Cons:

There was only one person working the desk to check in. He was extremely slow. I got in line behind two other groups, it took 45 minutes in line before I got checked in.
The outdoor pool area definitely could have used more than 2 umbrellas in the 95 degree heat.
The indoor pool area was dingy and unkempt. There were no towels at either pool despite there being towel shelves in both. They opened the pool an hour later than stated. When I asked if it was opening the woman said “ my maintenance man will get to it when he feels like it”

I don’t think we would stay again.
Pros:

Liked our room except for its location near the stairwell.

Cons:

Breakfast - only one employee to handle one of the busiest weekends in Lake George (Food & Wine Festival and graduations) - food ran out fast. Lots of items were not even available when we came in just before 8am. Not a lot of room to sit.
Our room was near the stairwell. There were teenagers in the rooms above us. They were in and out of their rooms all night. It did not stop until after 1:30am. We tried to catch them but they were too fast. They sounded like a herd of elephants stomping up and down the stairs.

Love it. Really nice miniature golf just around the corner. Will visit again.
Pros:

Excellent. The full Breakfast was wonderful. The coffee was excellent. The rooms were very nice. If you needed anything for your room you received it quickly. The out door pool was clear, clean and refreshing. Plenty of seating with umbrellas. 3 different ways to get to your room. Plenty of parking. The nations flags were very refreshing to see flying upon entering the parking lot.

Great hotel in the lake George area
Pros:

Great hotel. Has a beautiful outdoor pool but not heated so to cold to swim in with the coolish weather. It they have a nice indoor pool. Area is prettt, and close to outlets and walking along the water. Staff are very friendly and has a decent breakfast included. Rooms are nice. Beds a little soft depending on the room but clean

You’d be more comfortable in a cardboard box than here
Pros:

Location is fine. They have a very interesting, narrowing drive way/entrance that makes it completely impossible for cars in different directions to see one another. You’d do best riding the side of your road, maybe even drive in the grass, so someone doesn’t hit you.
The ambience noise was really great- the pitter patter (read: kids stomping/running through the hallways late at night, adult placing all their weight in each heel stomp) and children yelling. Vacuuming outside the room at 615a was a real perk! You won’t need an alarm, that’s for sure!
Also the staff didn’t stock my room with shampoo, soap, etc even when I asked twice. They must be pretty busy stomping and vacuuming so early in the day.
So, if you enjoy spending money but not sleeping, questioning the stains on the wall and linen (pretty sure someone’s food leftovers?), and an adventurous drive in, GO FOR IT!
