It was just ok.
Pros:

The check in people were nice. Price was decent. Bed was ok…

Cons:

Pool was advertised but broken, morning breakfast lady with blonde hair and heavy set was so rude. She was calling people annoying, walking around all pissy. She made you feel like you shouldn’t even be there. She kept saying “there’s 1 lady working.” Telling people to move out of the way etc.

location is good. right across the 87 exit.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Though options were less and not refilled quickly when finished.

Cons:

The size of room was small compared to what we experienced with other hotels. The bed size of queen bed was not matching with any of the queen bed. I believe it was full of twin size. It was not comfortable in cushioning as well. Could not sleep better.

AVOID AT ALL COST
Pros:

Booked stay overnight but cancelled 2 days prior as required by Best Western for refund cancellation. Found that this hotel is no longer associated with Best Western and that they are operating under false and unauthorized use of name. The place is a dump and was sold 2 months ago. Just try calling front desk under phone number listed and you will get no one except a female voice stating 231 . Which is fraudulent. General Manager is also a fraud and has been reported to Best Western Administration. Stay away!! Forewarned!

Very filty AC Filter...and no refund
Pros:

That place is ABSOLUTELY the worst best western I v been...and I m a diamond level ( the higher) ...clerk ( girl) at the front desk have no clue how to talk to the guess...she is absolutely not Best Western material...by far..
My problem is when l arrived in my room, I verified the AC filters ( see picture)...
For my standard, thi is absolutely not acceptable...so I ask for a refund. And she totally refuse saying she can't.
By the way in my young time i worked in a hotel at the front desk...and you process the credit cart when guess check out..
So in one word ...you should avoid this hotel that make you breath FILTY ,air.....

Horrible experience
Pros:

Repeated noises late at night disturbed our sleep, bugs in the bathroom, busted ceiling and water dripping from above the toilet and flooding bathroom. This is by far the worst Best Western hotel we've stayed at. If you want good sleep avoid this hotel.
