Very filty AC Filter...and no refund
Pros:

That place is ABSOLUTELY the worst best western I v been...and I m a diamond level ( the higher) ...clerk ( girl) at the front desk have no clue how to talk to the guess...she is absolutely not Best Western material...by far..
My problem is when l arrived in my room, I verified the AC filters ( see picture)...
For my standard, thi is absolutely not acceptable...so I ask for a refund. And she totally refuse saying she can't.
By the way in my young time i worked in a hotel at the front desk...and you process the credit cart when guess check out..
So in one word ...you should avoid this hotel that make you breath FILTY ,air.....

J'ai demandé une question à l'employé par rapport à la plage qu'il y a à 5 minutes en auto de l'hôtel et il m'a dit d'aller googler..cette plage-là doit être une des attractions principales.

Horrible experience
Pros:

Repeated noises late at night disturbed our sleep, bugs in the bathroom, busted ceiling and water dripping from above the toilet and flooding bathroom. This is by far the worst Best Western hotel we've stayed at. If you want good sleep avoid this hotel.

Pros:

Terrible. Room was so filthy- hair all over the floor, stained comforters, dirty refrigerator, clumps of dusk, so dirty. We didn't even stay. Not worth it at all. Dingy. Management doesn’t care. Filthy!!!!!
