Worts hotel staff and experience ever
Pros:

Absolutely nothing..

Cons:

Left coat in closet called back within 2 hours of leaving to ask for it out of the closet employee stated no coat there which I knew was lying I said that suck cause I have funds in the pocket then calls me back and says he found the coat then I get charged an additional $50 deposited on top the one I had cause I stripped the sheets off the bed and there a huge piss stain on it which I cant believe my gf and I sleep on that and it was blammed on me and then the employee at front desk has audacity to tell me there no money in them pockets. Like you really just admitted to me you went through the pockets looking so ik you stole the cash out of there and then to charge me for something I did not do this has been a horrible experience and I dont recommend a soul to go to your facility your employees are theives and liars... I am very disappointed with this hotel experience and I want my funds you stole back!!!

Pros:

Bathroom good size, clean. Beds full size ok got a decent night sleep. The area quiet. The breakfast was decent, regular continental, very good especially when Ms Elsie the breakfast person worked. Ms Elsie made breakfast special bcz she was attentive, and very conversational made us feel comfortable.

Cons:

There were days we did not have housekeeping service had to leave garbage outside the door along with towels. This facility only 2 floors has no elevator so no good for physical disabled persons.

Needs update
Pros:

he staff were all very nice and caring about your needs, especially the evening check in person and the wonderful woman in charge of the breakfast area. The rooms were not good we had to swap rooms after the first night because both beds were in bad shape with lumps that felt like hills that made us feel like we were going to roll off onto the floor.
The second rooms bed were not much better. We were there for 6 nights and did not get a single cleaning. The fan in bathroom sounded like a jet engine. Only one of the two ice machines on the first floor was working and required a long walk to the second.

The warm pool, jacuzzi

Cons:

We got sent to a room that was not cleaned from the previous people that stayed in the room.. But we were understanding that things happen,, So after taking to the staff they did put us to a different room closer to the pool which was nice..

Relaxing for the most part
Pros:

The floor in our room made my feet filthy so I used a wet wash cloth to clean it and it was black . There was dried food on the bedside table and crumbs under our sheets . We go there often because we love the pool being so warm and the hot tub ,but the housekeepers need to step up their game.

Cons:

Needs staff who takes accountability for a situation that could not have been helped, however in the end is the hotel staffs responsibility to make sure the hotel is clean for all other guests. Lack of accountability and finger pointing shows a of professionalism. Booking.com also plays a hand in this, however this issue begins and ends with the hotel.
