In the end we were lucky we were out most of the time as our room was outdated and was not up to standard with no resolu
Pros:

The area was great, close to the Metro and other sites. The breakfast was nice too and wait staff very lovely.

Cons:

Our room was really not nice, the carpet is outdated and dirty. The room had mould and when we told guest relations they said they hotel was fully booked and nothing they could do. They also never restocked the bar fridge from the previous guest as there was half drunk items on some beverages and left it in the fridge. There was renovations going on so some noise. Rooms really need an upgrade it wasn’t pleasant.

Decent choice for staying in Paris
Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

The location is excellent and makes it very convenient for exploring Paris. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a good variety, the amenities were nice, the hot water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Although we experienced few operational issues during our stay, I believe they were isolated incidents and did not overshadow the many positive aspects of the hotel.

Overall, the positives clearly outweighed the negatives, and I would happily consider staying here again on a future visit to Paris.

Centrico en zona de mucho ambiente y bien comunicado
Pros:

Recepción en el checking con helado. Calidad de la elaboración de la comida/cena. Dar las gracias al equipo de restauración y en particular a Léa ROUSSEAU (DIRECTRICE ADJOINTE DE LA RESTAURATION ASSISTANT F&B MANAGER), por facilitarnos por mail las cartas y aclarar nuestras dudas.

Cons:

Carta de restaurante corta, pero rica. Que no nos asignaran una habitación familiar ( la contratada) sino una con dos sofás individuales, pero que solucinaron tran mi queja.

L'emplacement, le p'tit déjeuner (le cuisinier au omelette est très gentil)

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas très avenant, très peu le sont, l'impression de déranger chaque fois qu'on les aborde. Pas un regard de courtoisie ..C'est dans les détails qu'on reconnait un accueil chaleureux.

La chambre attribuée avait plusieurs soucis ( bruit du bar toute la nuit, clim pas très fonctionnel, le flou de la salle de bain qui se désactive tout seul...,)pas assez d'eau - il faut se servir à la fontaine, pas de service pour aider pour les bagages à l'arrivée. Ils ont été réactif pour faire un changement de chambre le lendemain (merci Lucian), après ça c'était un peu plus supportable

Experience pas digne d'un Novotel, ni d'un 4 étoiles !

Worst part of our 10 day trip to France
Pros:

Great location and an ice maker/water filter on each floor.

Cons:

It felt like false advertising- this feels way more like a 2.5 star property so it was very frustrating to pay 4 star prices. The AC never worked properly in rooms or lobby which in an historic heat wave was horrible - it was never more than a few degrees cooler than outside (so like above 35C!) and the staff kept insisting it was working whenever we asked. The bathrooms in the room were newer but tiny but the bed/rooms were uncomfortable and cramped. We booked a room for a family of 4 and the room was absolutely for 3 - the second bed was tiny and we knew it was meant for 3 when there were only 3 pillows and 3 towels. There was also dried blood on our blankets and when we mentioned it to front staff they said sorry but didn’t remove it. We also checked in 2.5 hrs after check in time and our room was not ready and they made us wait in the lobby for far too long (when the lobby was easily 40C).

The previous weekend we stayed in another Paris hotel for the exact same prices and it was lovely - actual room for 4, working AC, equally great location for the same price per night. Folks save your money and spend it in one of the hundreds of other hotels in Paris. I’ve traveled across Europe for 25 years and this was definitely one of the worst hotels I’ve been in, especially for the price.

Not maintained well
Pros:

Novotel Paris has black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditioning does not work during the hottest week of the year. No attempts to correct or find fans. Windows are nailed shut. This has been the worst hotel experience of my life.

Pros:

Very good location, very clean and very big room, staff were very friendly

Cons:

The rooms were a bit too warm, and the AC was not working very strongly, wouldn’t go down under 15 degrees, which for a heatwave would’ve been nice, some drilling work started happening at 9:45am on a Saturday which woke me up and they continued for the next hour and a half, which was not very relaxing

Süper konum! Süper calisanlar!
Pros:

Konumu çok iyi. Metroya ve tren istasyonuna 10 adim mesafede! Çevrede çok fazla kafe ve restoran var. Calışanlar çok tatli ve ilgili! Ücretsiz dondurma servisleri var.
