Reception and customer support team soberb over noise issues on first day
Booking should be clearer on construction efforts that might be very noisy

We did not like the breakfast. I am Gluten free and was a struggle to fine something. There was not gluten bread for toast and the staff was not very helpful for me
Extremely helpful and friendly staff - both at the reception desk and at the restaurant. At the checkout there was a long line and the receptionist simply told me not to wait and they will charge my extra to the final bill.
Breakfast was great, wifi easy to connect.
I've been staying in this hotel many times, and to me it is super comfortably located next to a major metro\RER hub, making it easy to connect to the Gare de Lyon and or CDG airport.
Room was rather "tired" and I had a problem with AC - it was very loud, even working in a lowest mode. But it was impossible to switch it off, so I had to call the reception in the very late evening and ask for their help. Fortunatelly, there was someone on duty who switched the AC from outside the room and finally I could sleep.
The other problem was that the bed was too soft. I understand that it depends on the customer and different people have different tastes, but to me it was on the edge of being uncomfortably soft.
Great service. The room was clean and very nice. The location was very convenient.

Die Metrostation
Das ist das allerletzte Hotel - die Zimmerkategorie Executive mit zwei Queensize Raum 206 stellt sich als Dunkelkammer mit einem winzigen Fenster (80x100cm) und 10cm Lüftungsöffnung hinter zwei Säulen dar. Das betont den Höhlencharakter. Deckenlicht sucht man vergeblich.
Das Frühstück wird im Hostel-Style im Konferenzraum serviert, der behelfsmäßig zum Speiseraum umfunktioniert und viel zu klein ist. Für 25€ pro Person bekommt man keinen Service, unfassbare Enge und den schlechtesten Kaffee an der dreckigsten Maschine, die ich je gesehen habe. Service gibt es gar keinen. Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken ist eher dürftig.
Heute durften wir dann den Baulärm ertragen. Nichts davon auf der Homepage und die Beschwerden vorgetragen an der Rezeption hat man uns angeboten das Hotel zu verlassen.
Erstaunlich - angeblich gibt es keine anderen Zimmer, obwohl zeitgleich alle Kategorien auf booking.com angeboten werden.
Offensichtlich ist das die Masche für knapp 700€ die Nacht. Dieses Hotel bekommt von mir gar keinen Stern - wofür auch!
By the way - jetzt verstehe ich auch warum nirgendwo der Name des Hotels an der Front zu sehen war. Vermutlich ist es den Betreibern peinlich.
