Heel veel geluidsoverlast, twee nachten niet kunnen slapen door onze buren. Hotel laat openlijk alcohol- en drugs misbruik toe en komt afspraken, tav van verlenging, niet na. Receptie had aangegeven dat het verblijf van onze buren onder geen enkele voorwaarde verlengt zou worden, na de eerste nacht. Tot onze grote verbazing werd deze wel verlengt, met alle gevolgen van dien. (uitzetting op de derde dag) Bij melding is het personeel niet in staat adequaat te handelen en manager is niet aanspreeekbaar. Zeer teleurstellend als een zeer frequente gast bij Best Western hotels.

A great staff? Great place, close to everything.

I had a wonderful stay there.
From the guy behind the desk.
The girl that did the breakfast in the morning was just wonderful. The front desk guy was wonderful, and I can't say enough about the staff that kept the rooms clean. It'll be okay. They were very calm in the morning, gave me fresh towels, offered to clean my room while I was there. Everything was just wonderful there. The staff at that place was top, notch. I can't say enough. How well they took careof us? I definitely will be coming
