We enjoyed it because we have really great plans. However, I would not see at this hotel again.

Cons:

The floors were filthy. The front desk was rude. The breakfast was tasteless. I couldn’t believe how awful the food was. The chain should really update their food selections for breakfast.

Pleasant and convenient stay in Asheville!
Pros:

The room was nicely updated and very clean. The property was safe and visitor friendly. The pool was wonderful and very well maintained. The breakfast was amazing!

Good for a one night stay
Pros:

Outside Property was clean the lobby area was well taken care of, the room was big

Cons:

TVs could use an upgrade as well as the bathroom it was quite cramped in there, there were some bugs there that you could hadn’t just walked in

Our new home away from home
Pros:

This is our new Asheville Hotel go-too! Wonderful 4 day stay. Close to downtown Ashville. Dylon and Joe at front desk over and beyond for help, information, and directions. The entire facility is pristine from grounds to rooms. ( not one cigarette butt visible anywhere). The breakfast staff diligently made sure buffet foods warm and plentiful without asking making it a great start of our day. The pool area lovely and inviting. Special treat to be able to use neighboring hotel indoor pool and exercise room. Our room had superb working refrig and microwave which we used daily. This is a wonderful place and until now have stayed at no hotels a second time. So glad we found Best Western on Blueridge Parkway.
