신 시가지 옆이라 주변에 편의 시설이 다양해서 좋았어요!!

Cons:

호텔 전용 엘리베이터가 있었으면 더 좋았을 같아요!!
저녁에 프런트에서 응대해줄 직원이 없었던 것도 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

출장으로 4일 연박했는데 전체적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 직원 분들도 매우 친절하고, 시설도 매우 좋습니다. 아침에 가볍게 런닝할수있는 강주변이라 새벽에 운동 후 일정 소화하기 매우 좋은 숙소입니다.

진주 유등축제 기간이었는데도 주차장이 널널하여 저녁 늦게 와도 주차자리가 있어 좋았어요.

Cons:

비치된 어메니티가 부실한것 같아요. 샴푸, 바디크린 등이 부족했고 화장지도 부족했어요.
주위에 음식점이 없어 식사해결이 쉽지 않았어요.

객실이 깔끔하고, 침구도 좋음. 방에 스타일러 있어서 완전 감동. 체크아웃 날 조식이 없는 날이었는데 얼음요청을 흔쾌히 받아서 제공해준 직원의 친절함도 감사드립니다.

체크인시 직원의 태도가 친절함 전혀 없는 너무 딱딱함. 무엇보다 언어전달력 미흡.
