Comfortable stay in lovely Ventura
Pros:

Loved this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfy & the room was excellent. It had everything we needed. The pool was a lovely addition, especially when the sea is so choppy in Ventura. The staff were very helpful & the location was great. Better than a lot of 4 star hotels.

Suitable Stay for Cost Conscious
Pros:

Proximity to pier, food, thrift shops, live music and freeway ramps or train station! Complimentary hot breakfast with large variety to please guests of any age! Great value for budget-conscious travelers.

Cons:

Appearance is plain and clearly a motel - no frills architecture - building is unremarkable.

Went for work and had hot showers and breakfast everyday. Staff was nice and helpful!
Pros:

Breakfast, AC, bed, and Shower were all great. Quiet and easy to come and go.

Cons:

THe AC was behind a half wall and kept the room cool but wasn't directly on you while sleeping.

Convenient and reasonable with excellent breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Thus was a quiet, reasonably priced motel within walking distance to the beach. Perfect for our 4 day birthday/anniversary getaway.

Cons:

Maybe a small broom & dustpan available for all the sand, since we didn't have housekeeping for 3 days. The bed was a little odd; very high for short people and made a clanging noise getting out due to the metal undersides! Pillows way too high and stiff. Good thing we brought our owm.
