Highly recommended. A little pricy but worth it. Can’t wait for our next visit.
Pros:

Lovely location (inside and out). Service was top notch, always someone around to help, always friendly and professional. The room was lovely, spacious and had all the features we needed. The American Bar is a must (great food, great cocktails, wonderful history). We had breakfast in our room (Eggs Benedict) which rounded off a lovely stay perfectly.

Cons:

Very small point (which may have been caused by my bank rather than the hotel system) The pre-authorisation payment caused some issues on check out (duplicate payments showing on my account for a few days before it sorted itself out).

Le Chef Michael Caines är väl värd sin Michelin stjärna, menyn rekommenderas starkt, noggrannhet in i minsta detalj.

Beautiful heritage hotel in St James
Pros:

Location unbeatable, hotel full of old world charm and friendliest staff

Cons:

Room is a little ‘tired’ and in need of some work (bathroom fittings). One hears every cough and click in the corridors of the old building

- تم ترقيتنا من غرفه الى جناح في اليوم الثاني من الاقامه.
- التكييف بارد.
- خدمة التنظيف ممتازه يتم تنظيف الغرف مرتين في اليوم .
- الفندق هادي ومريح جداً جداً .
- اعجبني تصميم الغرف الكلاسيكيه والغرف الحديثه ايضاً.

Cons:

- في اول يوم تم اعطائنا غرفه صغيره لا تتحاوز 20 متر مربع رغم ان الحجز 27 متر مربع وفي اليوم التالي تم ترقيتنا الى جناح. ( ارى ان الفندق يجب ان يعيد حساباته في شأن مساحات الغرف المدونه في حجز بوكينغ ).
- الفندق لديه مظام يقوم بحجز ( هولد على المبلغ ) مبلغ 50 باوند لكل ليله على كل شخص .
- لدى الفندق نظام يقترح عليك رسوم الخدمه ( سيرفس جارج ) للموظفين بمقدار 19 باوند لليله ويمكن الموافقه او الرفض وارى ان هذا يحرجك خصوصاً اذا كنت اصلاً قد قمت باعطاء الموظفي بقشيش نقداً مسبقاً اثناء خدمتهم لك.
- صعوبة وصول السياره الى الباب الرئيسي اذا كنت تستخدم سياره لان الطريق ينتهي بعد البوابه الرئيسيه للفندق مباشره.

Pros:

Londrada defalarca farklı otellerde konaklamıştık ancak genel olarak otel memnuniyeti yakalayamamıştık. Ancak The Stafford otel bizi o kadar güzel ağırladı ki temizliği, personel kalitesi, güvenliği ve konumu olağanüstüydü. Evet artık Londrada bir evimiz var
