Everything was clean, the staff was super helpful, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is well located, though keep in mind it's in an alley with a dead end. It was tricky for us to get out of there with the rental car.
I personally had no problem with my room, but my parents had minor inconveniences. It wasn't the most cozy stay, but really don't have major complaints.
Very nice hotel
They upgraded us to the suite it was fantastic
Convinient location
Good staff only problem was room above kids were walking and we could hear the noise
Everything good
This has become a regular stay for my family and I when we are in London. Positioned right next to Mayfair and all the high end parts of London, we love the location, rooms and staff. In a previous review I labelled this hotel ad having old English charm which I maintain. It’s exceptional with class all round.
There’s nothing to not like. It’s a 10/10 for us.
Extremely Helpful Staff
Great location, wonderful appointed rooms and the best staff who can't do enough for you.
Leaving
Exceptional location
Very small room, without any view, with very small shower.
I recently stayed at your property.
First, I want to commend the housekeeping team. The maid service was exceptional, and their hard work did not go unnoticed. Their attention to detail contributed positively to our comfortable stay.
However, I need to share some concerns about the restaurant and bar experiences. Across my group, we encountered consistently negative interactions with staff, including perceived rudeness and delays in service. This issue affected our overall impression of the property and led us to limit dining and drinking on-site. I have heard similar feedback from other guests as well.
I believe in fairness and constructive feedback, and I hope you will view this as an opportunity to address a service gap in your dining outlets. If possible, I would appreciate:
Very clean with great staff
